  1. Yeah because back then I130 were being approved in 8-9 months whereas 129f were taking longer than that, so automatically 129f get thrown out once i130 is approved but now i130 times have gone up and 129f went down
  2. As of Nov 2025 the I130 processing times on the USCIS website is around 17 months and processing time for 129f is 10 months. I know in past K-3 was thought to be useless to apply, as in most of the cases I130 would get approved before k-3. But as now with I130 time being greater than K-3, wouldn't K-3 should be useful now ?? Any thoughts ?
  3. According to USCIS the I130 is taking 17 months to get approved whereas 129f processing time is 10 months, so according to that data your 129f should get approved before i130. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ you can check the timelines here for yourself
  4. Hi, My uncle, who's a US citizen, applied for her sister, who was divorced at the time in 2008. Two children born in 2000 and 1999 were added as dependents. Recently the I-130 got approved, and I got the email from the NVC to pay fees and upload required documents. My Question is that if the CSPA still applies to the kids or not?
