Yes sorry for the confusing . My wife was the one I was visiting in California. When I was denied a travel visa I said we were friends at the time 2017 but in fact we were dating. They denied me for not proving strong ties to my country , fast forward now we married and I am about to do the spouse visa interview here in my country.

Well we can’t go in There and be like by the way we lie 7 years ago. That’s automatically denied . So best option is to make sure our dates when starting dating is not around that time. I mean there is no way they can tell we were dating. There’s nothing online if the check saying that.

So if the petitioner moves to a new address a month before the interview, and if the visa consular ask if I know my wife home address what will I tell them ? because the paper work and ds260 will have my petition old address she’s been living at for years . And if of course my answer needs to match that. Should I explain she’s been living at abc for years but currently move to 1234 a month ago ?

On the question for the petitioner phone . If he don’t have a telephone land line ☎️ number but only mobile . Do we leave the one section blank ?or enter the mobile number in both places? my husband put 000-000-000 for telephone land line number . .

Does USCIS sends everything you sent them like pics and chats to embassy? Or do they send it all to nvc first than nvc sends it to the embassy?

So we just got approved from USCIS on our I-130 for spouse visa. so here is my question when it comes time to fill out the DS260 one of the questions they ask if you been denied a visa before . In 2018 when me and now hubby was just friends he try to get a travel visa to come to the us. He was decline. He said he believe it was because he couldn’t prove strong ties to his country . but what if we not 100% sure of the reason ? Do he needs to write something like as I recall I think it was cause I couldn’t prove during ties to my county do he needs to write why he couldn’t prove strong ties ? do we also need to write what change tell 2018 to current on that section ?
