  1. Hi can i ask you for an example of the UPDATED intent of marry you submitted? I already have my own intent of marry that i filed with the i-129f but i was wondering if an updated version has different or more text/writing. thank you in advance.
  2. I saved this link for myself when the time is right so here you go. Hope it helps.
  3. Before the appointment, does the doctor send you anything you need to fill out (like a questionnaire) for your medical background? (not talking about vaccinations)
  4. Probably pre covid times when things were not taking forever.
  5. It takes some time for USCIS to send the case over to NVC and then it takes NVC some time too to create a case and process it. So it’s definitely gonna take more then two weeks until you will receive the letter from NVC through email. I think it’s now taking like 2 months. But people usually send an inquiry to NVC after 30 days to see if they received the case from USCIS. You can see NVC processing times here https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html
  6. You are telling me that they have denied 282 cases in one day??? No way. Thats not possible Edit: nvm i got confused. This is not a daily update but more like a daily update of the spreadsheet from above. I get it now
  7. What does the decline mean? Is that for expedites that they have declined? Or?
  8. Glad im not the only one impatient for it! 😂 yeah but knowing USCIS is anything automate with them? 😒😂
  9. What are the numbers for may and june now? I hope they’re all almost processed by now!!
  10. Okay thank you! Cause i did my research on that but got conflicted answers so thats why i wanted to ask people who actually did go through the process. Thank you for the answer!
  11. Hi! My fiancé wants to do that too but he asked if there was some kind of template letter or something cause he doesn’t know what to write. Thank you!
  12. I was wondering that too. I know you have to pay the MRV fee and that one is $265 but is there anything else that you need to pay?
  13. I KNOW! That’s also the case with every single one of their other documents!! It’s honestly so annoying. But i do not know myself. if you happen to find an answer please let me know!
  14. Nvm i looked at the instructions for the form 693. I read it wrong. Its just the vaccination requirements that you’ll have to proof again?? Sorry for the confusion. What if I am a K nonimmigrant visa holder and already had a medical examination overseas? If you were admitted as a: A. K-1 fiancé(e) or a K-2 child of a K-1 fiancé(e); or B. K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen or a K-4 child of a K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen; and C. You received a medical examination prior to admission, then: (1) You are not required to have another medical examination as long as you file your Form I-485 within one year of an overseas medical examination; and (a) The panel physician did not find a class A medical condition during your overseas examination; or (b) The panel physician did find a class A medical condition, you received a waiver of inadmissibility, and you have complied with the terms and conditions of the waiver. (2) Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will need to have the Part 10. Vaccination Record completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you must submit Parts 1. - 5., 7., and 10. of Form I-693.
  15. I dont know im still researching everything. i thought you needed this https://www.uscis.gov/i-693 when you file for I-485. Meaning you’ll have to do a medical check in the US But ive read somewhere that you can use the medical exam you had in belgium as long as you have a sealed envelope with the info. But i cannot find where i read that atm. I’ll try to look for it.
  16. Oh waaw okay thank you! I just had one more question about the medical. Did you ask for a copy of the medical results so you’ll be able to submit that with the form I-485? (So there is no medical check needed in the US).
  17. @Artuicune hi sorry is it possible to answer my questions? Thank you very much!!
  18. I’m a dec 2022 filer and I’m honestly just hoping it stays the same cause the chances of it increasing is so high 😭 and i also don't want to get my hopes up by thinking it might decrease. But all in all this is good news! Hopefully they’ll keep up the work
