    How long did you wait after DQ to get your interview letter and when was your interview schedued? (how long after your letter was your interview date?) Thanks!

    You can apply for a service in the US and have them mailed to you. I did this and it took less than a month. also she will need a document from the US Embassy in Tunisia. It is was called an affidavit of capacity to marriage.

    I asked our lawyer about this as we were married in another country. He said of course it is! As long as you have your marriage certificate it is recognized and of course you can file your taxes as married.
