    Are you....Is there something you do daily to keep away the bad omens?

    Coming from a fishing town...well fishermen are known to be very superstitious.....

    The bride and groom are not suppose to look back when they're walking out of the house.

    The groom is not aloud to see the brides wedding dress before the wedding- bad sign.

    If we say something that we definately don't want to happen we cnock three times in the wood.

    spilling salt is a sign that somebody will fight.

    it's agood sign to look at the moon and say how beautifull it is when it's full, and it's a bad sign to look at the moon when it's not full...

    if the sparrow is bathing in the dust on a sunny day- it's gonna rain soon.

    some of'em are weird, but we've got alot of others.

    I woke up to that email and I am so happy :dance:

    Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

    Current Status: Approval notice sent.

    On May 15, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

    Now all I want is for CSC to approve Estadia and Perviz.......Sara has been my best support here and I really feel for her ........I am so glad all I am crying !!!

    Congratulations Bryant and Aliona!!! :dance::dance:

    I had the same feeling at the us embassy for a J1!! Being really nervous, and after, being so relieved, and smiling to all the others ones waiting!

    Can't imagine how I will react when I will have my K1 visa!! :D

    Just wanna say I feel also less guilty (like Rachel) to see filers who filed before me to finally get approved!!

    Well, good luck to all the others waiting... ;)

    Oh, having the k1 will make me speechless for a while, and i'm pretty sure i'm going to break down in cry and i will also suffocate my future husband with the tightest hug and the hottest kiss(he's going to attend the interview with me).

    And you're right, i really am sorry for people who're still waiting, but filed before us. All i can do is promiss i think and pray about them.

    Cool, it's good to know that this system is working again.....one hopes consistently

    God, i feel so much joy!

    When i went to the interview for a j1 visa last spring(whivh was 16 may,btw ;) ) i remember sitting nervous and srtessed out at the waiting aisle and i couldn't understand why are people that was accepted are smiling to those who're waiting like they know them. But then i remember me walking out from the interview and i was about to start flying. I remember how i looked at the crowd, and i showed all of my teeth and i wished luck to everybody like i knew them my hole life.

    So this is what i feel now. i wish everybody would get as happy as we are now.

    God remembers about all of us.

    I wanna see some LATE January NOA2'S!!!!! Like MINE and Blake and Steph&Gareth and Levi&Heather. I vote for Blake's projection that by the end of next week Jan's are at 70%. That sounds lovely!

    Aliona - did you two get your approval in the mail or did the USCIS e-mail you?

    We Cant believe it but we have recieved a letter today in the mail that we have a NEW OPEN APPOINTMENT for our K1 visa. After all we have been through to get another appointment is a Huge Blessing. Pray for our new appointment and we will keep you posted. Thank You so much for keeping us supported and encouraged through our journey. Together We ARE Strong. Chuck and Teresa.

    Sorry I may have missed this but what is the reason behind this long delay?

    Unfortunately for Sara, they keep changing the story everytime she calls CSC ....They did that with our case also ....we were told at the beginning of march that case was on adjudicator desk since 02/20 ....one of the last time my SO called in April he was told that case had been on adjudicator desk for 1 week and that we should hear from them soon :unsure:

    I am just glad that unlike lovely Sara we got RFE ....at least I am sure they are / have been working on our case. CSC has received our RFE reply since Tuesday, so we are hoping for something next week.

    I am trying to keep away from the site at the moment ......trying to get my mind together....but everyday I do check for your approval Sara (L)

    I'm ok, just stressed. I'm interviewing for a new job (UK company) this afternoon - a conference call with the UK CEO - and I'm trying to get things all set here so that I will not be missed too much. Just so much going on that I'm having to deal with professionally, and it's Olga's birthday sunday and I have to miss it, and this dang processing center is not living up to expectations. So, hugs are appreciated.

    think there are going to be a lot of missed birthdays for we filers this year and it truly sucks. :(

    we both missed our birthdays this year, i'm only hoping that my next birthday (september 23d) we'll be together :huh:

    I'm so sad to come home at the end of the night having Igor's list look the exact same way it did this morning. And yesterday for that matter...

    I really thought we were on to something earlier with Rachel getting that touch. BUMMER! What's the bright side to all this... ummm... maybe the deal is every Thursday and Friday the CSC will shoot through 33 NOA2's but work on other petitions every other day of the week. Yeah, that's it. That means tomorrow will be another big day!

    That's what I'll go to sleep thinking anyway... :whistle:

    i'm guessing i have a nightmare for the last two days. So i only need to wake up :angry:

    Igor's list haven't been moving for two days. that's so depressing...
