  1. Yup! Guys, I am really wondering why it's taking too long for them to process our visa application

compared to others :crying: our applications like our I130 and I129f are both been received on

july and august repectively up to now we haven't heard from them about or NAO2, we're applying for

a K3 visa, anyone here have the same situation like us now...honestly, we're both getting a little

impatient because we really miss each other so badly, sure we talk on the phone everyday but it

is really different when we are together...in each other's arm...I really miss my husband so much..

and I can't wait to be with him again and live with him for the rest of my life...sorry..guys getting so

emotional now.....I know a lot of you here are going thru this same situation as I am, I just need to

let this out. Thank you guys for spending time to read this. I LOVE MY HUSBAND SOOO MUCH.

    Pricilla

    Hi, Priscilla!

I'm sorry to hear this, even if we're going through the same s...t!

Just to cheer you up, i've heard different stories. People have to wait sometimes way too much, but look at it that way: you've waited so long, so there's much less time to spend apart, so keep on having faith.

And why don't you try to call straight to the uscis to find out what's going on?

    i'm praying for you, guys!

  2. We honestly didn't know much about the whole process when we started and again - we felt that by going through the K-1 we could continue our relationship and see how things went while applying for the visa - if things didn't work out in the meantime then at least we hadn't just got married the immediately put the pressures of a long distance relationship onto it :)

Needless to say two years on we are very happy - we have pretty much mastered (if yuo ever can!) the long distance relationship and are looknig forward to the challenges of living our future lives together :)

The k1 takes less time. It's really getting faster, and that shall be a good reason.

  3. Hi to All VJ Family,

I just wanted to share my medical experienced at SLEC, here's how things happened:

Dec 18, 2007 First day of My Medical went smoothly as I thought it was!! but on the 2nd day Dec 19,2007 with mixed feelings of remorse and bitterness when i found out that I need to repeat my Xray because they found something suspicious, not to think twice, I did the 2nd X-ray, the lady receptionist told me that I need to go back tomorrow for the results. Dec 20,2007 deep and painful regrets I felt that time because I'm not pretty good i have a colds that time when i had my X-ray , my cousin warn me not to do so. but i insist not knowing what would be the counsequences are, I've learned from my experienced, be on your Medical Exam Physically, Emotionally Fit and Healthy.

My reward :crying: is to Undergo 3 days Sputum Test, Dec 26-28, 2007 and be back at SLEC for Pulmonary Examination on Jan 2, 2008. God has is So Good, I passed the Pulmonary Test, as well as my Sputum smear test , but I need to wait until Feb 20 for the result of my cutured sputum ,which it takes 6-8 weeks. I am very much dissappointed of what was happened to me, but on the clearer and brighter side I know God don't allow bad things to happen to me and to my fiance.

Thank you guys for your continuous prayers and support and most specially to sis Rachel, for your guidance, care

That's very thoughtful of you. Thank you. God bless you!

  4. Only US Citizen attaches a copy of their US Birth Cert, Naturalization Cert, OR full copy of US Passport (All pages including cover). This is done to prove US Citizenship, only US Citizens can file form I-129F

well, you know wile i was in the states and my fiance and i were trying to find out what's the list of the documents we need to send, we've been at the federal court and got a list from there and from another institution also, and from both places we were told you need the beneficiary's translated birth certificate also.

Personaly i think if that's not necessary, it's always better to have more than less.

    You decide!

    good luck

but it just has to be either birth certification or the complete passport right but not both?

that's only for the US citizen either the passport or the birth certificate

  5. Thanks a lot..... but should i go for the k1 visa even though i have a process with a work visa???

    Victoria

Well, what if you just give up on your work visa? Actioly i think you need an advise from somebody who's knows better. Why don't you try to call straight to the embassy to see what they can tell?

    I'm sorry, i don't know for sure.

Documentary Proof of Having Met in Person in the Past Two Years and an Ongoing Relationship:

Use as many of these items are possible. There is no minimum,

but the more you can provide the less likely you are that you will receive an RFE.

    1.

You may want to highlight or place post-it notes indicating the dates and locations on the copies (to make the adjudication easier) for the person reviewing your file.

    2.

Color Photo's of you and your fiance(e) together. Make sure you write your names, date, and location on the back of every photo. Provide two to five photo's. If you only have a single copy of the photo, then make a color copy and send that. If it is a digital photo, have it printed at a company such as kodakgallery.com. You can also make duplicates of photo's at your local photo store (Walgreeens, CVS, etc). Place photo's in a plastic bag or photo sheet and label the sheet. Note that you may not receive originals of photo's back.

    Good luck, guys!

  7. HI everybody!!!!I am new here and I really need some help. I am waiting for my appointment in the embassy. But this is not for a k1 visa. It's a work visa with residency. However, my boyfriend (who lives in New York and is an american citizen) wants to make all the procedures for the K1 visa. I dont know if there will be a problem since I am waiting for another process. He wants me back in new york but I am afraid i have problems if people in the embassy realize I have two open processes. PLEASE!!!!!! TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO!!!!!! I really miss my boyfriend and i want to be with him but i have to wait for my work visa.....

    :crying::help::help:

    Victoria

    Hi!

I'm pretty sure you cannot get them both, but if you go there on a work visa you cannot ask in USA for your visa status to be changed, so it'll take much longer to come back home and to go through the k1.

The point is you should start your K1 and the sooner the better.

    Good luck!
