We were in China when I-130 was submitted.

A few questions regarding I-864
 
I'm the USC, my wife is the visa applicant, I have 2 children who are born US citizen, and I am using my brother(who doesn't live with me) as the joint sponsor.
1. So my household size is 4, my brother fills out I-864 and his household size is 2, is this correct?
 
2. On part 5 item 1, the answer is 1 (my wife).  But on item 3 it asked me to enter 1 if I'm married, which would count my wife twice, what do I do here?  Enter 0 for item 3?
 
3. On item 8 it auto-populates to 1, and I can't change it, what's up with that?  Most of the fields I can fill in on the screen, but there are some I can't.  Including part 5 item 8 where I can't edit the 1 which is obviously the wrong answer.  What do I do? 
 
 

Well, by the time my wife gets to see a CO I'll have my own domicile, and I'm not trying to use a family's house either.  Like I said I'll move back to the US ahead of my wife, get a lease etc.  It's just that I want to do it later in the process.  ie. before the interview but not during NVC stage which I heard is many months before the interview.

Hi all! I'm a French citizen living and working in Canada. The consulate here is known to be very slow, unlike the one in France. I'm wondering if I'll be able to change embassy and do my interview in France to save time. Do I need to be living there or is being a citizen enough? Does anybody have proofs of it either way? I've been looking on the USCIS website to make sure but haven't found anything so far. Thank you!
