  1. The time you spend here arguing could have been used for studying all 100 questions... Be thankful it's not a 2 hr written exam with essay which could be a possibility in the future if Donald gets elected.
  2. Nobody would ever sign up for this and nobody would come on B1/B2 with super rare exceptions. Tourism and business would have huge losses. US would become North Korea. Why not just make all visitors wear GPS bracelets so ICE could locate them at any time? I hope you understand how ridiculos this is.
  3. Most importantly USCIS tends to not like this method or the one using assets. It's not like OP's wife is only $5000 short on her income and OP can help. It's much safer to find a joint sponsor. I wouldn't want OP to get an RFE 9-12 months into the process. @fardaus do you have 3 years of US tax returns where you met poverty guidelines? I wouldn't even attempt this if it's not the case.
  4. Did your ex submit any evidence of bonafide marriage for any of your petitions? If they now say it was fradulent marriage, this means they participated in fraud? Does the ex realize they've committed a crime if this is true?
  5. Online check in on international flights is pretty useless, because you have to present passport to airline staff anyway. Even my US citizen spouse had to show the passport...
  6. If your wife is the sponsor making $0, you need to find a joint sponsor depsite of your income. I don't believe it works this way.
  7. Seems related to this thread: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/632906-traveling-on-extension-letter/page/75/#comments Based on what you describe, you were sent to secondary. Yes, it happens to some people when returning to the US. Given that experience I'd minimize international travel until you get 10 year GC or naturalize. Unless you're ok going to secondary again. Is your immigration history complex? E.g. were you out of status or claimed asylum or WAVA? Otherwise, maybe it was just bad luck.
  8. What is I-495? What status are you currently in? If you F1 is still valid, I don't see the reason why you can't get a DL today. Update: I see from earlier posts you're out of status right now? You can get DL when you receive an EAD card or GC.
  9. Yes, you can travel with it. Check out thread for experiences: Yes you can
  10. 0. Did you submit I-131 with your AzoS packet? If you didn't, I highly suggest filing it with a copy of I-485 receipt. It's free. 1. How did you find your civil surgeon? Was it on USCIS website? 2. Who says the vaccines expired? Civil surgeon? Did they skip some vaccines during your exam? This may explain RFE for I-693. Maybe try to get the list of vaccines from them. If they sound sketch, you may want to redo entire medical with a more credible surgeon from USCIS website. Understandably, it's a lot of money, but you may lose your status, AOS filing fees and few years of your life if USCIS isn't happy about the current medical. 3. Are you sure apart from messy forms, your joint sponsors are eligible to sponsor you?
  11. She can, but keep in mind, tourist / business entry is never guaranteed even with valid visa in passport.
  12. Is your case still pending or is it approved? I hope you realize RFE can add 2-6 months to processing time?
  13. I wish I could hire a lawyer to help me with data structures and algorithm questions at job interviews...
  14. Yes you can study and practise them here for free: https://www.uscis.gov/citizenship/civics-practice-test-2008
  15. What's the problem with printing 150 pages? You don't need them to be in color. Single sided, b&w costs $34.50 at Fedex near me for 150 pages. That's cheaper than my grocery run or few drinks at a bar. Not even a dinner for 2. Just print them all and earn that $34.50 back in few hours of work. Do not go with this plan of landscape / doublesided printing. USCIS will have difficulty scanning it into the system and this may hurt your case and certainly processing time. Don't jeopardize your $595 filing fee, few years of your life and immigration status over $30-40 in savings.
  16. Make sure to include the home address in the affidavit
  17. If you watch Jim Hacking Immigration Show you would've heard about Rocio at least a dozen times too 😃
  18. It contradicts the other evidence, and thus weakens it.
  19. @Vickys_Mom appreciate the detailed reply with explanation on how to navigate this situation. I'm just saying it's a serious question. If anybody said "yes" to questions about genocide, war crimes, terrorism, I wouldn't expect USCIS approving somebody on a spot. Communist question also sets all sorts of alerts and make IO take sweet time deciding the case. It's all speculation as we don't know what online status says for OP's MIL.
  20. I think out of all ideas, this is the one that's actually worth investing time and money in. I doubt they'll get US tourist visas otherwise.
  21. To add to that point... Somebody complaining about new edition of I-134. Questions got more difficult / confusing
  22. I don't believe you have any control over oath dates. Even if you submitted the N-600K for both children on the same day.
