I’m not married yet. !  I live in Georgia they allow marriage here.  I need to bring her to usa 🇺🇸.  So we need to get marriage in another country that way I will apply for i130f.   But my question is what country can we go to get married that allow us tourist and first cousin and or apply for cr1 

I’m us citizen and fiancé is from Guatemala they don’t  allow marriage first cousin.  We want to get married to speed the process what country can we go that allow  to get married.  Please and thanks for your help
