From my experience one of my family friend had similar situations they didn't take any action on nvc process for like year and they received same letter. And they tried everything to reopen the case but the response was you will need to restart everything from beginning. Lawyer said since USCIS and NVC already full with cases they do not want to keep track or keep any data for such cases. So they basic threw your case to dustbin. However if she has proof for approved waiver. She should get lawyer to help her with this. There nothing she can do by herself they won't even look at her email. Because in there system this case doesn't exist anymore.

You will probably get DQ message on Monday. Since they accepted your documents out of queue. They are still reviewing cases from May 7th. So Friday or Monday should get DQ message.

Not yet. I had resubmit copy of passport. So no update yet. I just pray we don't have to wait another 75 days.

Something is fishy going on with NVC. I feel like they are intentionally not sending any DQ emails because they are not scheduling any interviews yet so they do not want more cases added to their backlog. I have been following a lot of threads i haven't heard any one getting DQed since July 5th. May be just 10%.

Did you check on website? Some people get no message in email. It probably just updated online. Did you pay all the fees?

You are right they are all booked till aug 30th. And some of people who are getting interviewed in aug are also cr1 and ir1 categories visas. So they have not completely stopped CR1 interviews so I hope we should get ILs this week for September interviews dates. But no one will be getting any IL for Aug dates unless they have bunch of Aug canceled interview slots available and they will probably fill those but not much.

i'm not sure if this is true because classes starts in September so all the student interview should be done by Aug. but I could be wrong also. and also they didnt interview anyone in june. most of student interviews were in June. and on june 20th they issued all cr-1/ir1 interview letters.

I think this week for sure. they sent bunch of IL on 5/23/2022 and then 6/20/2022 which was 4 weeks letter. so today is exactly 4 weeks. Good Luck everyone.

I have been tracking when they send interview letters specially for Mumbai. CR-1 Interview letters were send to people in india on these dates. there is 4 week difference between these dates. 5/23/2022, 6/20/2022 so based on that information people should be receiving Interview letters this week for sure.

You should getting update on your case today. i was may 4th and it was reviewed on Friday. but one of my document got rejected so resubmitted that right away.

Friday at 11:59 NVC accepted all of my documents except copy of applicant's passport. so annoying i could easily read everything i have no idea why it was rejected. so i just reuploaded the scanned copy within an hours of that notification. So i hope they will accept new copy today or sometime this week since it was not issued as RFE, it was just a message "Passport: Unable to read or missing print". I read someone else had same issue he uploaded within in an hour and it was DQ next day. I hope i will be the same one too I usually see people has confusion which date do nvc used to review our documents. 5/4/2022 - submitted I-864 and all w2s, irs transcript, pay stub, petitioner passport copy, and citizenship certificate all got accepted on 7/15/2022 5/11/2022 - submitted Ds-260, applicant passport copy, birth certificate, marriage certificate, all got accepted on 7/15/2022 except passport copy ughhhhh 6/4/2022 - submitted PCC and got accepted on 7/15/2022. Please pray so i don't have to wait another 75 days. it's just no fair since all documents were scanned right and same way rest got accepted except one doesn't make any sense.
