    Any new ILs. What's going on with mumbai? I follow alot of other pages. People across the world receiving interview letters. Why any one in mumbai not receiving in any letters or people are just not posting here.

    So what I am understanding they are processing mail submission faster than online submission. So weird 😕

    Yes it was in color and vertically scanned. I resubmitted rescan copy right away. But then I got in touch with one of the family friend, he is immigration lawyer. He scanned another one they way he submit for his client and i submitted that one as well.

    They said its not clear. Rescan for clear image. It was stupid reason, it was very clear scan. But you never know what they do why they do. So I just resubmitted two different scans just in case. Please pray I get DQed next week.

    Any one with first submission date or resubmission date July 13th-July15th got any email from NVC? My resubmitted date is July 16th. I'm hoping to get DQed email on Monday or Tuesday.

    Yes they should go by initial as long as you do not delete old form just replace it or add new submission under additional documents. Once they start reviewing your stuff they'll move under required documents.

    FYI guys whoever has any question which date does NVC use to review documents first submission or last submission. They use your I-864 submitted date to review your documents. You can submit all your documents but if you have submitted your AOS last they'll use that date.

    You should hear something end of next week for sure as per given timeline. Also in this thread you are the first one who submitted before everyone else. So as soon as you get any email please post in this group so we can all see when to expect our review. BTW I am the second one this thread after you. JULY 16TH

    Resubmitted a document on July 16th. Hope to hear soon. Submitted the inquiry on July 19th, received an email today saying "we will review you documents soon. We will let you know if case is complete or need more documents" Seems like they are running a about week earlier then the processing time information they have on website. I hope I will get DQed end of next week of they are running week earlier. Otherwise week of 19th, I should definitely hear something back.

    When did you submit you documents first time?

    They are some random DQ dates from 2020 and some from early 2021 for F2A who received IL for first week of Septembe. I haven't seen anyone with CR1 or IR1 categories received IL though.

    I would sent them an inquiry. They are currently reviewing cases from May. Someone from May 17th submission just got DQed two days ago.

    Hey everyone I'm trying to get timeline for resubmitted documents review. Please provide when and what type of documents you had to resubmit. And if you have been already DQed please also let me know if you requested expedite or if you sent an inquiry so we can get some sort of timeline. I have been reading alot of threads and I have read some people resubmitted documents were reviewed next day, some in two weeks and some had to wait another 75 days.

    Go to IRS website and get transcripts for 2020 and 2021. W2 does not prove if you have filed the taxes thats why they need Transcripts. This time I would submit W2s Transcripts Two recent paystubs I submitted all of these and they were accepted with no issue Also add to response note explaining why joint doesn't use 1099

    Congratulations!! You just gave me hope. I got message to rescan passport on July 15th and resubmitted same day. I hope I get dqed next week.
