Can whoever is messing with this sheet please just stop it! What is that random number for?

I also noticed this. I’m wondering if it’s a formatting issue?  Someone must of change this, maybe not even knowingly.

Please be careful when editing the document guys.

Hopefully the people that had their data messed would be kind enough to update the info missing.

If you are planning to do a walk-in (in Elizabeth office) before your scheduled time - do not do it.

I was tempted to try a walk-in but decided it wasn’t worth the risk as my local office is  2 1/2 hours away.  Hearing your story makes me glad I didn’t.

Sorry the walk-in didn’t work out for you!

You didn't need all that for Option A (five years). Your marriage doesn't require any proof of still being together, nor do you need to prove spouse is a citizen. Biometrics tends to be fast, then it can all slow down.

I realize that I wouldn’t of needed that for option A but I already filed using option B.  I only say it’s moving fast due to the estimated completion date of December 2019.  Everyone that filed similar times to me have much longer estimates on completion date.  Any other documents that I might of missed?

  4. Documents I uploaded...

    marriage certificate

    wife's birth certificate

    daughters birth certificate

    last 3 years tax returns

    last 3 years tax transcripts

    mortgage statement

    3 year bank statements

Copy of resident card front and back

Any other suggestions as far as documents go?

it seems like it’s moving kinda fast I filled 7/12/19 and biometrics is scheduled for 8/1/19 and I have a total completion date of December 2019

  5. So I came to the US on a k1 got married did the AOS and so on.  I didn’t file my N-400 until the other day 9/10 years later.  My question is on part 1 of the N-400 what do I select?  A or B? Problem is I filed the other day selecting B.  Am I wrong? The way I am reading it I could file using either A or B. Maybe I’m wrong?  Please help! Any other perspectives would be nice or help.

    A. Have been a lawful permanent resident of the United States for at least 5 years.

     B. Have been a lawful permanent resident of the United States for at least 3 years. In addition, you have been married to and living with the same U.S. citizen spouse for the last 3 years, and your spouse has been a U.S. citizen for the last 3 years at the time you filed your Form N-400

  6. I'm really trying to figure out where will my biometrics appointment and interview be?  I'm located in Richmond VA and would like to find out so I can plan my travel.  I think my biometrics might occur at 8850 Richmond Hwy Alexandria VA and the interview 56780 E Virginia Beach Blvd Norfolk.  If anyone has any idea where I might go if located in Richmond VA Let me know.

  7. I'm a little confused about Part 10 question 8. It seems silly but I need to know I am putting the correct response. I'm not sure if the number I put in the box includes my spouses marriage to me or not. To be clear my spouse has never been married to anyone but myself.  The instructions are as follows...

Item Number 8. How many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages, marriages to
other people, and marriages to the same person)? If your current spouse has been married before, provide the following
information about your current spouse’s prior spouse including your current spouse’s prior spouse’s full legal name,
immigration status (if known), date of birth, country of birth, country of citizenship or nationality, date of marriage with
prior spouse, date marriage ended with prior spouse, and how the marriage ended with prior spouse. If your current
spouse had more than one previous marriage, use a separate sheet of paper to provide the information requested. If
your spouse was married to the same person more than one time, provide the requested information about each marriage
    separately.

Also item 3 requests the same information about me. I have also only been married to my current spouse.

Do I put the number 1 in both Item 3 and 8?

Any help would be appreciated! I know its a silly question but I believe the wrong response could really confuse the USCIS and mess the whole application up.

    Thanks again

I have started to fill out the application to renew my passport. the application isn't much of a problem.

    or any alternatives ?

  10. ok in section 8 UNDERTAKINGS

I am not a citizen of the united states but I will be eventually.

for people applying for a British passport that are now US. citizens and for everyone becoming a citizen I'm now asking this question.

Why on the application for a British passport does it state I may lose my citizenship of another country if I voluntarily apply for a passport.

    8. I, or the person named in Section 1 of this application (if

different), understand that by voluntarily applying for a British

passport, I may lose my citizenship of another country.

does anyone know if this happens ?
