You should probably start making an inquiry to NVC or double check your CEAC in case there's incomplete submission This is their Spanish website and it shows they're on 128th July haha https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/inmigracion/nvc-plazos.html They're just so disorganized for an institution that deals with peoples lives and future.

Hi @alesianka thanks for the reply.... I was able to successfully change my NVC number to Poland. Now I'm just waiting for an interview to be scheduled for me. Pls can you share a bit of your timeline with me so I can get the general picture of what I should be expecting in this process in the coming weeks/months? thanks in advance

HI @alesianka I'm new here and my case is also a family based too. we got our case number from NVC but it shows it's currently in moscow. We paid for everything and submitted all the necessary forms. But i have a few questions for you: 1. Pls how did you request for transfer of case to Warsaw? 2. And will I have to reload all the forms again once it's transferred or they'll automatically be updated. I hope you can help me with some answers to these questions. Thanks in advance

I just received my welcome letter from NVC for my CR1 visa and it has Moscow Id on it, So I wanted to find out if i should request for the transfer of my case to Warsaw or NVC will update it automatically?

Hi, pls have you received the welcome letter from NVC? and how did you receive it through mail or email? USCIS messed up our address and then approved our case before we could correct it.. so we're very worried it can go to the wrong address

I 100% understand how you're feeling. This treatment from the USCIS is totally ridiculous. I'm here stacked in Russia and my wife can't even visit because her work won't allow her and US embassy gave her a strong notice for her to leave immediately last February when the conflict started. I'm completing my Medical studies this summer but I can't even receive any money from outside because of all the sanctions. We've been trying to expedite under extreme financial hardships and humanitarian reasons but they won't even look at our case. It's been over a year since we filled our application and no response from them. I feel so stranded here and really frustrated with the whole process.

@Pat2021 Did you file yours online?

I just saw your timeline and saw how similar it is to ours. We've been trying everything but nothing yet. At this point I think we'll even be happy with an RFE. @Pat2021 Just a suggestion I heard filling I-129f (k3 visa) helps so we did that last week I hope it works. If you haven't done that yet then i suggest you should try that too. It's free to file so nothing to lose in our situation haha.

@Pat2021We have a very similar timeline, our case has also been at potomac since we file on 06/08/2021 and has been actively been reviewed since 10/07/2021 but we have not heard anything yet. Pls I want to know if you've got any updates on yours so far? Thanks
