  2. Hello. So I know that a medical records is needed for the person going to the interview and needed to enter the U.S. What happens when the country keeps no records? My husband lives in Colombia. He is 43 years old. Colombia has an archive law that states after 20 years, medical history records (includind vaccines) are discarded. So how does he go about to obtain something that doesn't quite exist?

  4. Yes. I got married 12/2021, but through civil ceremony at a Notary. It was quicker and less expensive. Then we had the celebration in February of this year with the family. This helped get the paperwork going. Remember any documetn from here needs to be apostilized. Have them translated in Colombia its much cheaper.

  12. Does anyone have any tips or suggesstions in getting through Visa interview when having to fly into Bogota, Colombia? Such as: 1) how long should we plan to be in Bogota? 2) which medical doctor do you recommend from the 3 on the list? And how much do they charge for medical exam? 3) Did any of them actially gave you the results in your hand? If not, were they delayed in sending them to the embassy? 4) where do you get the blood work done and how much do they charge? 5) What hotel do recommend staying at? 6) is the area safe near the embassy, even though there are always some type of demostration occurring?
  13. Hello. Im new to this. Filed I-130 feb. 8,2022 and got NOA feb. 14,2022. Hubby lives in Colombia. Few questions: 1. How is the Nebraska Processing Center coming along in processing applications even though there is a timeline on USCIS website? 2. In getting documents for DS-260, does anyone know if the original documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce etc..) have an age of expiration in which documents can't be certified or original more than 3 or 6 months old from date prior to interview?
