  1. I am fully vaccinated and 1 booster. From what I am reading I do not need any testing to go to the Philippines nor to travel through South Korea. The following is what I found on From --> https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/ "The following international travelers bound to the Philippines are no longer required to undergo facility-based quarantine and exempted from presenting pre-departure COVID-19 negative test result (RT-PCR/Antigen Test) (as per IATF Resolution No. 168 (Effective May 30, 2022)): 1. Fully vaccinated* Foreign/Filipino nationals with Booster shot** for 18 years old and above." On one health pass it shows I don't need a PCR/Anigen test to go to the Philippines. Although in other places it tells me I need one... I guess I error on the side of caution and get one?
  2. I got Hep A when I was a kid from a nasty burger. My fiance says I don't need any of them...lol
  3. Tetanus was done in 2020 and is good for 10 years so I am good there. I am vaccinated and boosted so that is good to know. "The following international travelers bound to the Philippines are no longer required to undergo facility-based quarantine and exempted from presenting pre-departure COVID-19 negative test result (RT-PCR/Antigen Test) (as per IATF Resolution No. 168 (Effective May 30, 2022)): 1. Fully vaccinated* Foreign/Filipino nationals with Booster shot** for 18 years old and above." Am I reading this right that I DO NOT need a negative test to enter the Philippines? I am flying through South Korea, how does that work for a negative test?
  4. I am filing the Spousal visa (I-130) not the Fiance visa (K-1). K-1 from what I can see is not online at this time.
  5. I am traveling to Libagon, Southern Leyte in the Philippines in September. Besides having my COVID vaccination what other vaccinations do I really need? The CDC site seems to think I need a lot of them and to me it seems like over kill. Anyone who has traveled to PH before that can give me some guidance on what I really need? Here is the link to the CDC - https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/traveler/none/philippines As always thank you for any help given.
  6. Can you take pictures of the documents with your phone as scans? My phone (S21Ultra) can "scan" with its camera.
  7. Sorry for the stupid question here... 1. If you create an account and do the "file online" option, can you enter as much as you can now and save your work to complete later or do you have to do it all i n one shot? 2. Do you scan documents to upload there as well or do they need actual physical copies of the documents (birth certs, divorce decrees, etc.)?
  8. Yeah we were just going to do the Utah marriage when I was there so we could be together when it happened.
  9. @John & Rose @RO_AH Is there any advantage to getting married (Utah Online) before I go to the Philippines versus doing the same marriage while I am there with my fiance?
  10. Send that the Utah wedding is just going to be the better option. It is slightly cheaper too... They want 12k pesos for the wedding in Manila and I still have a bunch of questions they haven't answered.
  11. For the PSA ROM are you saying it will take 6wks to 6 months if I do the marriage in PH? Does it take that long with Utah? Is this something I need when you first file the CR1?
  12. So I have read through all of these different things you need to do like the 10 day waiting period, planting a tree, counseling, getting a document from the embassy stating I am not married and my fiance getting something similar. My Fiance's sister knows someone that works at one of the city halls in Manila and is telling me that I just need to pick a date and time along with both of our info, pay a fee, and then show up with our ID's to be married by a judge there in Manila. No 10 day waiting period, no tree, no counseling, no other documents... Is this legit? Is there a difference in marrying someone in the city versus the province? We were also looking at doing the Utah online marriage while I was there. Is is better to get married in the Philippines or do the Utah thing? If this marriage with the judge is legit would it just be better to do it there or should I plan on the Utah online marriage. I am headed there in September so I have time. Thanks in advance for any help.
