  1. For example, we submitted ALL REQUIRED documents on Aug 23. And I had to resubmit something that I found an error on Sept 12 because I didn’t want it to be considered an RFE. And I uploaded that under the ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS TAB and submitted. Just submit it under OTHER under ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS and you will be fine
  2. Hey! Because from my own experience I submitted on Aug 23. I uploaded and submitted additional documents on Aug 24, Sept 12 and Oct 15 and we got DQ on Oct 19. That is why I say if you go ahead and submit them before they have had a chance to review them you will be fine
  3. The joint sponsors W2 , i864, paystubs, tax return/transcript and any other supporting documents need to be in their own pdfs. Do not combine them all together or they will not be accepted. You need to submit them just like you would do for the petitioner
  4. When I added my joint sponsor NVC had to accept my request to add a joint sponsor and that took about an hour and then I could add my joint sponsors information
  5. What was the additional evidence they requested if you don’t mind me asking?
  6. If you have any doubts I would scan it in again and re upload it. My marriage certificate was slightly off center but they still accepted it as long as everything is legible and the whole document is present everything should be fine. I had a paper that had a crease in it but it didn’t pose a problem and it got accepted. Do whatever you need to do to put your mind at ease. That’s what I did and all my documents got accepted and I got DQ. It’s up to you
  7. Oh the NVC process is a lot quicker as long as you have all of your documents you need and you submit them all before your case needs to be reviewed. It’s actual better because you have an actual timeline to know when you are going to be reviewed instead of guessing like with USCIS. Wishing you the best of luck and thank you so much!
  8. WooHoo!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 yayyyyyyy!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!! I’m so happy for you!!!!!! Now on to NVC!!!!! Good luck with the next part of your journey
  9. You can always call USCIS and speak with an agent if you would like. That’s the only other thing I can think of except for other than just wait
  10. If you have your receipt notice number you can also check that number online and see what the update is
  11. Check your documents tab in your account for an approval notice. It should be there
  12. Yayyyy!!!!!! Congratulations 🥳🥳♥️♥️♥️🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I have been following your journey and seeing how you have been hanging in there and this makes me soooo happy!!!!!! Now you can move on to the next part of your journey!!!! Good luck and god bless you!!!!
  13. Yayyyyyy!!!!! Hallelujah 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🎉🎉🎉🥰🥰🥰 congratulations my friend!!!! So happy for you and glad that you can finally go to the next stage of this journey! @Icedgem your time is coming! Hang in there! Can’t wait to see your approval next!
  14. Yay!!!! Congratulations 🥳🥳🎉🎉🎉🎉 good luck on the rest of your journey!!! I got DQ on Oct 19 and am just awaiting my husbands interview letter but I love being here to support other people going through NVC and waiting to be DQ. So happy for you and now you have something to celebrate!!!
  15. Yay! Congrats🥳🥳🎉🎉 good luck on the rest of your journey!
  16. No problem! I was stressing because I didn’t know if it would reset my time but I kept hearing that it would not so I just kept praying that I would not. I had even resubmitted an i864 that my joint sponsor had made an error on (the first one he submitted he accidentally left off the last letter of my husbands first name) so we resubmitted another one on Sept 12. I thought for sure since that is a required doc that it would reset our time, but since we had already submitted one already it didn’t reset it at all. So if anyone is going through this then do not stress you will be fine!
  17. From my experience when I added additional documents before they reviewed my case it didn’t reset my time. I submitted my documents on Aug 23. Submitted more docs on Aug 24, Sept 12 and Oct 15 and was DQ on Oct 19
  18. Hopefully they will look at it by today or tomorrow and you will get your approval. I am praying for you🙏🏻🙏🏻
  19. Just know that when it goes from being “ready to review” to “review” that it’s in the hands of an adjudicating officer” that was what I was told when I spoke to someone. Praying for you both! Hang in there ♥️♥️
  20. Hey!!!! So glad you are able to spend time with your husband right now! Really hoping that you get your approval soon! Once you get through this stage of it everything is so much easier.
  21. The reason I ask is because I did the same and my expedite also got denied. My reasoning for expedite was because I had 3 deaths in my immediate family all happen within a year. And they denied it but within the same week my petition got approved. The officer i talked to said the same thing that it went from being “ready to review” to “review” so once it does that then you know that you will be approved soon
  22. Yes I have been so busy since I am leaving in 2 weeks to visit my husband and we are eagerly awaiting his interview letter. Expecting that sometime in January. But since you said that you were told that it is “ready for review” that means that any day now you should get an approval. Did you ever try to expedite your petition at all?
