    Did you send an inquiry? I guess that’s all you can do is wait for them to respond to you or for them to review your documents in the meantime. Which sucks. I wish they had not suspended their phone lines

    Thanks! And I work with 2 year olds so my nerves are already on edge 🤣🤣 I love the kids in my class but when your nerves are already on high alert waiting for this kind of news it can be crazy!!!!

    The new week starts tomorrow and I’m expecting to be DQ along with you. Every time my phone dings I’m checking it haha. It’s so gut wrenching. But let’s all hope for good news this week 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Okay thank you so much for that. That’s where I uploaded mine to begin with but someone told me to put them in AOS as well. I’m expecting to be DQ this week so just wanted to be on the safe side. They are in both places so either way they will accept it one place

    Hello everyone! When uploading and submitting the petitioner divorce decree does that need to be uploaded under the applicants civil documents, or under the petitioner AOS additional documents?

    I’ve never gotten an RFE. This is my first time submitting and I’m using a joint sponsor as well. I made sure to submit my W2s and my joint sponsors W2s and I know my joint sponsor makes WELL over the minimum amount needed. I’m also in a WhatsApp group of people petitioning their spouses from the same country as me so we are always sharing information and checking if we have any questions or anything. So I’m really praying all goes well. I know with people in our group that had an expedite they got their interviews scheduled within a month so maybe you will be the same🙏🏻

    Thank you so much. I have repeatedly been looking over my documents I’m sure I have them memorized by now haha. And no it’s not expedited. I go to visit my husband for two weeks and then I won’t go back again until he has his interview. In the Dominican Republic after being DQ it takes about 3.5 months to get your interview letter so really hoping and praying for good news next week

    Oh for sure. I submitted my docs on 08/23 so I’m trying to just keep checking here and wait and see who all keeps getting DQ closer to my date so I can keep a lookout. And I go visit my husband on 11/17 so I’m praying to be DQ so we can celebrate when I get there because it will be amazing to know that after this visit the next time I go will be for his interview

    I am anxious every day right now haha. Off of everyone’s DQ’s I’m thinking maybe I will get mine by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. It’s torture waiting for that email

    I heard that right now they are working weekends to get the backlog down. So it is possible for you to still hear something. Keep us posted and praying for you🙏🏻🙏🏻

    You could still get it today you never know. Fingers crossed just in case. But we both for sure should be DQ next week. Still praying very hard for us 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    That’s crazy they do it that way. I think they should also take into consideration the way certain countries do things and understand that you can only send in what they give you. Hopefully it will all work out and they accept it

    Sorry to hear that. Hang in there. Resubmit it again but clear enough and hopefully they will review it again quickly. Sometimes it takes another 60 days but sometimes it doesn’t. Wishing you the best!!! And praying for you

    So sorry you got an RFE. Now you can get the document from the right issuing authority and submitted. It really sucks because now you have to wait again. I hate that for you but hoping that best for you after this🙏🏻🙏🏻
