  2. A lot of RFEs are being sent (especially RFIE), and I guess they take about 5 days to reach the mailboxes? One can only know what is the RFE for when they get it in the mail. I hope to see many RFEs being responded now since USCIS removed the COVID measures of extending the period one had to reply, now I think it's 30 days and before was 90. If people don't reply within 30 days, then I think they get denied. We'll see, these measures were just lifted last week. I can manually also on CaseTracker, @Elays. So that leaves @Vivek Patel to help you.
  3. Thank you! Must be a wonderful surprise! haha I am not expecting anything today being from the end of February but they are moving fast so who knows. Fingers crossed!
  4. What??? Congratulations you two!!! @BriannJacke and @Bikenm! They have been approving cases super early today, hoping for a great day today as well. Hope everything goes well for you during the next phases!
  5. Yeah, I feel for you 47000s It’s a small group, they could just finish the whole group in 2 days if they wanted. Our time is coming though! The week started pretty well.
  6. Today's numbers [April 3rd, 2023] Also counting some activity from the weekend. Lucky 4800 range with this record of approvals in one day! Best daily number so far. I see the script numbers were posted above and it's even better than my manual count. Still waiting for my approval, but any day now. 47500 - 5 approvals, 7 RFEs, 1 other 48000 - 22 approvals, 6 RFEs 48500 - 8 approvals, 4 RFEs, 1 other 49000 - 14 approvals, 1 RFE, 1 withdrawal, 1 other 49500 - 4 approvals, 2 RFEs 50000 - 5 approvals, 1 other 50500 - 12 approvals, 2 RFEs 51000 - 11 approvals, 1 denial, 6 RFEs 51500 - 5 approvals, 1 RFE 52000 - 5 approvals, 6 RFEs 53000 - 7 approvals 53500 - 3 approvals, 6 RFEs 54000 - 1 RFE 54500 - 1 approval 55000 - 2 approvals 55500 - 1 approval, 1 RFE 56000 - 1 other Today's totals: 105 approvals, 42 RFEs, 1 denial, 1 withdrawal, 4 others Totals so far: 608(+105) Approved 282(+1) Denied/Rejected 229(+43) RFE/RFERs 2246 Other Action/Untouched 124(+1) Withdrawals Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15yTdQDjmS6ik3bPNGmThSc0jFUszsiGcXurI1hT_Jcw/edit?usp=sharing
  7. Right now NVC is working on cases received on March 21st, so this part should apply to you: Maybe you will find more information on this thread:
  8. Today numbers [March 31st, 2023] Great numbers, they touched ranges that haven't seen any updates since last year!! A lot of RFEs though, but most are for initial evidence. Hope one of these approvals was yours! Ending the month on a high note with almost 400 cases approved only in March, so looking forward to seeing April numbers as well. 47000 - 3 RFEs 47500 - 7 RFES 48000 - 7 approved, 4 RFEs, 1 other 48500 - 5 approved, 1 RFE 49000 - 6 approved, 2 RFEs 49500 - 1 approved, 1 RFE 50000 - 1 approved, 1 RFE 50500 - 6 approved, 3 RFEs, 1 withdrawal 51000 - 13 approved , 1 RFE 51500 - 1 approved, 1 RFE 52000 - 5 approved, 4 RFE 52500 - 3 approved 53000 - 3 approved, 3 RFEs 53500 - 6 approved, 1 RFE 54000 - 1 approved 54500 - 2 approved 55500 - 1 approved Today's totals: 61 approvals, 32 RFEs, 1 withdrawal, 1 other Totals so far: 503(+61) Approved 281 Denied/Rejected 186(+32) RFE/RFERs 2398 Other Action/Untouched 123(+1) Withdrawals Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15yTdQDjmS6ik3bPNGmThSc0jFUszsiGcXurI1hT_Jcw/edit?usp=sharing
  9. And they will certainly get to the amazing record of 4700 cases processed in a month with today's numbers! @FromMexico W/Love called it! haha
  10. Yes. Falls inside the 49500 - 49999 range and it's always the starting number you should look at, so range 49500! Hoping you get an approval soon.
  11. Exactly what @Ok-Mix said. The receipt numbers starting with WAC22900 aren't exclusively given to K1 cases. Many of those are for other forms, like petition to remove conditions, application for travel document, etc. On CaseTracker and on custom scripts, these are filtered out to leave only K1 cases. That's why there aren't 500 K1 cases in each range, it varies. Could be 40 cases or 100 or even 250 K1 cases in there.
  12. There’s a median they measure too every quarter fiscal period that shows a better number. The thing is that they are faster now, it just doesn’t reflect on the processing times yet because it’s looking at past processing. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/historic-pt Keep in mind 2022 is only showing 12 because the first months skew the number down (they were processing faster at the start of 2022). Yeah, no updates for the range today Hopefully tomorrow! Gotta keep the faith.
  13. Today's numbers [March 30th, 2023] They seem to be slowly progressing to the middle of February, but still focused on 1st and 2nd weeks. I am rooting for range 52500 that hasn't had an approval since May 2022! Hope one of these approvals are from you guys! 46500 - 1 approval 47500 - 9 approvals, 1 denial, 48000 - 4 approvals, 2 other 48500 - 2 approvals, 4 RFEs, 1 other 49000 - 5 approvals, 3 RFEs 49500 - 3 approvals 50000 - 3 approvals 50500 - 4 approvals, 2 RFEs 51000 - 5 approvals, 2 RFE, 1 other 52000 - 4 approvals, 4 RFEs, 1 withdrawal 54500 - 1 RFE 55500 - 1 withdrawal Today's numbers: 38 new approvals, 1 denial, 16 RFEs, 2 withdrawals, 4 others (name update) Totals so far: 442(+38) Approved 281(+1) Denied/Rejected 154(+20) RFE/RFERs 2495 Other Action/Untouched 122(+2) Withdrawals Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15yTdQDjmS6ik3bPNGmThSc0jFUszsiGcXurI1hT_Jcw/edit?usp=sharing
  14. No, they just updated to 16.5 saying past 6 months, so it would March, February, January 2023 + December, November, October and maybe September 2022. This is the past speed. Probably the speed on the months from last year brought all the estimative down, since they have been increasing and processing 1000+ cases weekly since around January this year. Don't worry about that 16.5. Look at the daily, weekly and monthly cases being processed now.
  15. This is based on 80% of the cases for the past 6 months. So if you look at Obllak's spreadsheet, you will see 6 months before (September/October 2022) they were closing only 300-500 cases. Now they are processing 1000+ cases per week. I predict the 16.5 number will only go up whenever these 6 month period they count includes processing times of this year (but we will only see a real difference in the official processing time maybe in August, September this year). The 16.5 is the past speed, not the actual speed. We are about to close a month with 4.5k cases closed, which is amazing. If they kept the same speed that is being considered in the new processing times, they would probably be processing Oct/November cases now, not February. If they keep this up, March filers will see activity pretty soon, I think by the end of April.
  16. It's hard to know, USCIS works in many mysterious ways, no matter how we try to solve it! haha I would say it could be any day now for you since they are indeed working heavily on the first weeks of February. But they also move on to other ranges without completing 100% of the cases in a month, so we just need to hope we aren't the ones left behind, especially when processing times have been up and inquiry dates follow their processing times. Hoping you get an approval soon!
  17. I can be wrong because I don't track RFEs but I remember seeing more requests for INITIAL evidence than additional evidence. That means they missed something in their files from the start, basic things, not that USCIS wants to know more about something. I've been seeing a lot about the two year meeting requirement. A lot of people only sent pictures or boarding passes and not passport stamps or hotel reservations, etc. Some people got it because a document was missing from the start. Also saw some about the intent to marry, some people sent just one letter instead of two. Not everyone discloses their RFE so it's hard to know. No, they don't work in perfect order. They're working in many ranges and many months at the same time. Right now for February they are focusing on the first half of the month. By the way, you're probably inside the 47500 range, it's groups of 500 receipt numbers (not all 500 are K1, we just filter the K1 category)
  18. Yes! I’ll keep an open eye for your case! There’s still 2 more days this week. Any day now! Haha
  19. Oh, you’re 47000? Since the start I was rooting for this range because the first time it had an approval was last week haha it was 0 approvals for more than a year. It’s a small group anyway, maybe that’s why. Hoping they touch more cases tomorrow and you’re one of the lucky ones! Might take some time for them to get to later ranges, so maybe next week for me.
  20. Today's numbers [March 29th, 2023] Not as good as yesterday but they started touching a few later ranges! @Vivek Patel is scanning too and he uses a script, so he gets more cases than me and more detailed info, he'll probably be here in a minute with his data! Hope some of you were approved today!!! It's day 400 for me and nothing 47500 - 6 approvals 48000 - 4 RFEs 48500 - 2 approvals, 1 other 49000 - 7 approvals, 3 RFEs, 3 other 49500 - 6 approvals, 2 RFEs 50000 - 12 approvals 50500 - 1 approval, 1 RFE 51000 - 6 approvals, 3 RFEs 51500 - 1 approved, 5 RFEs, 1 withdrawal 52000 - 1 approval, 8 RFEs 55000 - 1 RFE Totals for today: 42 approvals, 26 RFEs, 4 others, 1 withdrawal Totals so far: 404(+42) Approved 280 Denied/Rejected 134(+27) RFE/RFERs 2549 Other Action/Untouched 120(+1) Withdrawals Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15yTdQDjmS6ik3bPNGmThSc0jFUszsiGcXurI1hT_Jcw/edit?usp=sharing
  21. Haha, yep, the whole thing about not knowing when makes me crazy though, but the time will come. Appreciate your kind words!! Hope it all goes smoothly now with NVC and the embassy!
  22. Oh, no problem at all, I confess I am a little of a control freak and would hate being left in the dark waiting for NOA2 haha I'm glad it helped somehow! Congratulations on your approval! And awesome advice, I think that would be my first thought too to circumvent this issue, to handwrite the problematic fields. And great tip about the assets, I think they changed the I-134 form last year so there's still a lot of mixed info about it when you search for it. I am also pro-active and I know the NVC wait will be another pain, so a checklist for all you need is a perfect idea. Anything to shorten the wait, it's already dreadful to have our lives on pause. I feel the same way.
  23. Also a February filer here and got curious about your issues since I will also need to do that in the following months. Downloaded the same form right now from USCIS, I used Adobe Acrobat PDF (original, valid Adobe Cloud subscription), and the problem persists. The two fields are linked, and shouldn't be since part 3 is basically only if you're not the beneficiary, imo. So at least now you know it's not the software/app you're using, but the form. Not sure if you can complete everything but the name and then print the form and complete those by hand and then scan it if sending electronically(?). Will wait for more experienced users here to advise on it, I'm not on that stage yet.
  24. Today's numbers [March 28th, 2023] Seems there was a storm yesterday in SoCal, that's why numbers yesterday were so low. They picked up the pace! Good numbers today, best day so far for February! 46500 - 12 approvals 47500 - 10 approvals, 1 RFE 48000 - 5 approvals, 1 RFE, 1 withdrawal 48500 - 9 approvals, 1 RFE 49000 - 11 approvals, 5 RFEs, 1 withdrawal 49500 - 10 approvals, 5 RFEs 50000 - 12 approvals, 1 withdrawal, 1 other 50500 - 2 approvals, 3 RFEs, 1 withdrawal 51000 - 7 approvals, 2 RFEs 51500 - 1 approval 54500 - 1RFE Today's numbers: 79 approvals, 19 RFEs, 4 withdrawals, 1 other (notice sent explaining USCIS actions) Totals so far: 362(+79) Approved 280 Denied/Rejected 107(+17) RFEs/RFERs 2617 Other Action/Untouched 119(+4) Withdrawals Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15yTdQDjmS6ik3bPNGmThSc0jFUszsiGcXurI1hT_Jcw/edit?usp=sharing
