  1. Sorry, not going to update the spreadsheet again today because there has been literally ZERO updates today. And this issue seems exclusive to California since other service centres are working normally as far as I can scan them. Thought they would fix that today, but nah. Infuriating
  2. Something probably changed after last week's maintenance to be fair. Monday started with just few RFEs and stayed like that until late hours, but then by the end of the day (3 pm ET time) we got 200+ processed cases. I thought yesterday would be the same but the end of the way huge wave of updates never came. Just need to wait and see later today. My hopes to be approved this week are now super low because of that hahah but if you see my post here yesterday, some people are getting their NOA2 on the mail without ever seeing any update on the system (the system still shows as case received).
  3. I wouldn't be caught up thinking you've been "left behind" because it's a complicated case or not. If anything, your age helps it and you're only 2 years apart. Nothing points to a difficult case to approve. I know that we keep trying to find reasons once time keeps adding up, but in my opinion most of those that take more time are just randomly left out, maybe in favour of skewing the processing rates to then approve more recent cases. There are legit cases from November and December still waiting and sucks that they inquiry date was also pushed back with the 16.5 month processing time. I've seen cases from super super early, like March/April/May 2021, being denied only now and usually after an RFE. Could be because they didn't really have a hard evidence needed to be approved (like proof they met or a divorce certificate). And those cases were way overdue and past the inquiry date, not your case at all. It's super hard to wait and it can take a toll on our mental health and relationship, but stay strong! I'm hoping you get good news and move on to NVC/Embassy and a visa granted soon. I know we will all celebrate with you once it happens!
  4. This was shared in a WhatsApp group I’m in (I am not in any FB group). Got me thinking… Could that be the reason for some of those ghost cases we see from early 2021?! Don’t think all of them fit this, but some could! Also, would make me so confused only getting the NOA2 by mail!
  5. Hi, all! Not sure if I’m going to scan the groups today. As you know I scan it manually but I check some activity throughout the day and today I only saw 5 RFEs, no approval It might be some system delay or they really didn’t work much today. I’ll wait for the script numbers to prove me wrong! I think it’s about a week to get it in the mail and then they should update your case with an RFER as soon as they get it. When it comes to a decision after a RFER, it varies a lot. No way to know. Some people get answers in 2 weeks, others in months. Let us know what they are asking you for!
  6. @Ok-Mix is from Dec 2022, not 2021. Thank you! Being from Feb 22, I was focused a lot on my month and March seemed super fast. They literally started Feb on March 21st. I just didn’t recall how long it took to start December and January, it was indeed way longer in my mind and getting super faster now.
  7. Oh, nice idea! That confirms it. I guess March is a way bigger month than February in January (in terms of days too but there are about 1000/1200+ cases in March and the following months than there are in Jan/Feb), so maybe they rushed because of the number of cases waiting.
  8. This concern about filing at the start of the month/end of the month started concerning me now. Of course they don't go in order and there has been activity throughout the whole month, but seeing they started March after focusing more heavily on the first 2 weeks of February instead of the last 2 weeks worries me. For example, there's about 40-50% of cases pending on the first 2 weeks of February, and about 60-75% of cases pending on the last 2 weeks. Hoping they move the heavy activity to the end of the month soon! They do seem to be starting the next months way faster then they usually did. It took aged for them to start December in my perception, but Jan, Feb and March were super fast, meaning they are indeed working faster but moving on to future cases faster as well (not a bad thing, just stating).
  9. Packet with the passport + visa you mean? I don’t know where your fiancé is located in Brazil, but at least for non-immigrant visas here it’s about 2 weeks for southeast region (SP, Rio). Since I’m still waiting for NOA2, I haven’t really researched that. But the medical having to be close to the interview is a common practice for K1 Brazilian filers, due to medical expiration in 6 months.
  10. Today's numbers [April 10th, 2023] Also counting weekend numbers (RFEs and withdrawals). I really thought that they weren't approving anyone today because it took too long to show up in the system, but great day again – a record in fact! Congrats for all the approved ones, hoping this week is my week! 47500 - 12 approvals, 1 denial, 3 RFEs 48000 - 8 approvals, 1 denial, 1 RFE 48500 - 6 approvals, 3 RFEs 49000 - 11 approval, 1 RFE 49500 - 16 approvals, 3 RFEs, 1 withdrawal 50000 - 6 approvals 50500 - 10 approvals, 3 RFEs, 1 other 51000 - 1 approval, 2 RFEs 51500 - 2 approvals 52000 - 1 other 52500 - 5 approvals, 1 RFE 53000 - 1 RFE, 1 withdrawal, 1 other 53500 - 5 approvals, 1 RFE 54000 - 1 approval 54500 - 7 approvals 55000 - 7 approvals 55500 - 6 approvals, 1 RFE 56000 - 13 approvals, 8 RFEs, 1 other Today's totals: 116 approvals, 2 denials, 28 RFEs, 2 withdrawals, 4 others Totals so far: 1121(+116) Approved 289(+2) Denied/Rejected 373(+25) RFE/RFERs 1586 Other Action/Untouched 135(+2) Withdrawals Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15yTdQDjmS6ik3bPNGmThSc0jFUszsiGcXurI1hT_Jcw/edit?usp=sharing
  11. Hi, so your range is 52000 just for reference. Ranges are groups of 500 receipt numbers (not all are K1s, but we filter them out), so your range is 52000 because your receipt number is between 52000 and 52499. Your range has 166 K1 cases in total, and so far has had 50 approvals, 27 cases waiting for an approval after a request for evidence, 9 withdrawals, and 64 still untouched cases. So 60% is still pending an approval. You can check it here on my spreadsheet. No one can tell you when you will get your approval because USCIS don't really work in a logical order. But they're working heavily on February so far, but specially the first two weeks. They're moving to the 3rd and 4th week slowly. Could be this week or next week. Really any day now! But not 100% sure because there's no order. Hope it helped!!
  12. Yes, from USCIS receipt number. I get my data from the CaseTracker app, scanning 500 cases at a time and filtering out K1s. Other people have custom scripts to get this info straight from USCIS website.
  13. Are you talking about the validity of the K1 visa? Like how long would you have for your fiancé to enter US once the visa is granted? It's 6 months starting from the medical exam. As far as I know, the expiring date on the K1 visa (if granted) is the medical exam date. That's why a lot of people get the medical exam done close to the interview, about 1 week before.
  14. I was going to say yesterday that I hoped we finally saw a week with 200+ cases processed each day but didn’t want to jinx it. Well, it happened!!!!
  15. Today's numbers [April 7th, 2023] Great numbers today, wasn't expecting a lot for being a Good Friday but amazing numbers! Especially for 50000-51000 ranges. And my spreadsheet just got to 1000 cases approved! 47500 - 10 approvals, 4 RFEs, 1 other 48000 - 3 approvals 48500 - 1 approval 49000 - 3 approvals, 2 RFEs 49500 - 4 approvals, 8 RFEs 50000 - 16 approvals, 1 RFE, 1 withdrawal 50500 - 14 approvals, 1 RFE, 1 withdrawal 51000 - 11 approvals 51500 - 4 approvals 52000 - 6 approvals, 1 RFE 52500 - 8 approvals 53000 - 4 approvals 53500 - 4 approvals, 1 denial, 2 RFEs 54000 - 3 approvals 54500 - 4 approvals, 2 RFEs 55000 - 2 approvals 55500 - 3 approvals 56000 - 7 approvals, 7 RFEs Today's totals: 107 approvals, 1 denial, 28 RFEs, 2 withdrawals, 1 other Totals so far: 1005(+107) Approved 287(+1) Denied/Rejected 348(+26) RFE/RFERs 1728 Other Action/Untouched 133(+2) Withdrawals Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15yTdQDjmS6ik3bPNGmThSc0jFUszsiGcXurI1hT_Jcw/edit?usp=sharing
  16. Yoohoo! Congratulations!!! Glad you won't need to reply to that RFE! And let us know if you hear anything! Rooting for you.
  17. Thank you! Hopefully tomorrow or next week or the next! Hahah just waiting now. Not sure, but I heard it’s a week or less to get the approval notice. It does take time for NVC to contact you though, no one knows for sure.
  18. Today's numbers [April 6th, 2023] Sorry, took too long today. CaseTracker kept having server errors. Maybe it has to do with the USCIS system maintenance, so take these numbers today with a pinch of salt. 47500 - 4 approvals 48000 - 1 approval, 1 RFE, 1 withdrawal 48500 - 2 approvals, 2 RFEs 49000 - 3 approvals 49500 - 14 approvals, 3 RFEs 50000 - 8 approvals, 1 RFE 50500 - 13 approvals, 4 RFEs 51000 - 4 approvals, 1 denial, 2 RFEs 51500 - 6 approvals 52000 - 7 approvals 52500 - 3 approvals, 2 RFEs, 1 other 53000 - 5 approvals, 1 RFE 53500 - 2 approvals, 3 RFEs 54000 - 1 approval, 2 RFEs 54500 - 2 approvals, 2 RFEs 55000 - 8 approvals, 1 RFE 55500 - 4 approvals 56000 - 3 approvals, 14 RFEs, 1 other Today's totals: 83 approvals, 36 RFEs, 1 withdrawal, 2 others Totals so far: 898(+84) Approved 286(+1) Denied/Rejected 322(+36) RFE/RFERs 1862 Other Action/Untouched 131(+1) Withdrawals Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15yTdQDjmS6ik3bPNGmThSc0jFUszsiGcXurI1hT_Jcw/edit?usp=sharing
  19. Today's numbers [April 5th, 2023] Another great day! They touched every range today and approved at least 1 case in each apart from range 54500! Hoping for an even better day tomorrow. Sorry, can't post the graph today due to attachment max size allowed – but it's in the spreadsheet linked! 46500 - 3 approvals 47000 - 2 approvals 47500 - 6 approvals, 4 RFEs, 1 other 48000 - 5 approvals, 1 REF 48500 - 2 approvals, 1 other 49000 - 1 approval, 2 RFEs 49500 - 19 approvals, 3 RFEs 50000 - 16 approvals, 1 RFE 50500 - 11 approvals, 3 RFEs 51000 - 4 approvals, 2 RFEs 51500 - 1 approval, 1 RFE 52000 - 8 approvals, 1 RFE, 1 other 52500 - 2 approvals, 1 RFE 53000 - 2 approvals, 1 RFE 53500 - 2 approvals 54000 - 3 approvals 55000 - 1 approval 55500 - 2 approval 56000 - 1 approval Today's totals: 93 approvals, 21 RFEs, 2 others Totals so far: 814(+93) Approved 285 Denied/Rejected 286(+20) RFE/RFERs 1979 Other Action/Untouched 130 Withdrawals Spreadsheet + graph: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15yTdQDjmS6ik3bPNGmThSc0jFUszsiGcXurI1hT_Jcw/edit?usp=sharing
  20. Gosh, it's crazy, right? Never thought I'd go through this. We also faced the pandemic, restrictions, cancelled flights, change of plans, immigration in a 3rd country, visa requirements, even TWO hurricanes... Sometimes it felt like everything was against us but we didn't give up and I'd do everything again. And we'll look back at this and see it only made us stronger. To wait and endure all this just to be together, true definition of love. And well, I know we'll have so so many challenges ahead of us, but this is a great sign we will go through them together. I'm talking about you two as well! Not every couple has such a strong relationship that would endure all of this. I'm glad your fiancé has kept you strong, I have moments of weakness and he always lifts me up as well, and vice-versa. Guess this makes us all a great team! haha
  21. Is it because of the extended period to reply that USCIS just removed? Now it's 30 days. But I don't see why people would not reply if they indeed have evidence. Maybe it can also be a system delay, the case moved forward but the system was never updated? Honestly I find it weird as well. And thank you. It's the anxiety talking! haha they haven't touched many cases from the last week of February yet so I still have time indeed.
  22. Thank you. And definitely. Last year I was honestly thinking they would touched February only in May or June and they started it on March 21st, so I can't complain at all! Just bittersweet for those left behind with no explanation at all.
  23. I agree that numbers from this week so far are amazing and they're simply rolling through February! But at the same time I'm almost pleading USCIS to slow down a bit when it comes to moving to the next month and don't leave me behind! hahaha Some few approvals from March already, but this is literally still the 3rd week of real activity for February 22 filers 😵
  24. Thank you for your encouragement!!! That's exactly what I say to my fiancé as well, to just have faith, that God's in control. Sometimes the anxiety and waiting makes it hard for us to be motivated, but we're getting there. We waited 722 days to finally meet after so many restrictions and barriers, what's 407 days for NOA2 right? haha Tell your fiancé I am rooting for you guys as well! This process unfortunately will only end years from now, but the not being together is the worst part.
  25. So so so appreciated! Tell her gracias for me! Thank you for the prayers, I will pray for you to soon be together as well. This process is frustrating enough, we need to support each other, so I really really appreciate your support. ❤️ I do this more for myself than anything, since I'm a bit of a control freak and need to see some progress is being made haha hopefully this week will be my week too. But all in God's time!
