  1. An update - I was able to travel and no issues with coming back under my GC and extension letter. I completed my oath ceremony and applied for a passport! thank you all so much for your help and kind words.
  2. Thank you all! USCIS called me today and my oath is scheduled for next Friday. I’m so excited! I still will travel for work tomorrow as I committed and got the green light from the officer but if I will have any issues, I will let you know. Otherwise I will update my timeliness if everything goes well. THANK YOU AGAIN
  3. Hi guys! just wanted to update you I had my combo interview, at first the officer asked if we have any more proof like insurance or anything else apart from what we brought (we had joint account, deed, car insurance) so I was taken by surprise. she said she “might give us RFE before even starting the interview process. Anyway, I said to myself - it is what it is, stayed calm and answered all the questions. I think she warmed up to us during the process, the test was good, answered 6 questions correctly. when I was leaving she said to upload the vision and dental insurance so she can review it before decision. i did that first thing after coming back and a few hours later the I751 was approved and the N400 awaiting the oath being scheduled. YAY! She never asked me about any original copies. My only worry is that she stated I can travel for work tomorrow, but she I checked the online approval letter for i751, it says not to leave the country? any advise? thank you all again !
  4. Thank you both! I am super organized and I have no idea what happened. I took it out to take a picture of it for n-400 when uploading online and was sure that I put it away 🙄
  5. Hi guys, My interview is scheduled for this Tuesday. However, I cannot locate my original marriage certificate. I was sure I had it organized in my prepared file, but I only have the original copy that is not a legal document. We got married in Las Vegas in 2021. I do have the copy in polish of my name change and everything else, as well as the printed copy of the original document. I am so upset with myself, I have no idea what happened to the original document?! Will that mean an automatic RFE?
  6. Alright. The day has come! I just got my notification about a combo interview (751 and 400) scheduled for 13th January 2026. fingers crossed
  7. Hi all! Mine timeline: 07.26.2025 - N-400 submitted online 07.26.2025 - Online Receipt notice 07.26.2025 - Biometric Usage notice 07.26.2025 - case is being actively reviewed by USCIS I have pending I-751 and I submitted under 3 year marriage. My biometrics were used which I’m happy about cause I had to redo them for my ROC. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 for everyone!
  8. Nothing here. I’m planning on filling n400 this week as there was no movement on the ROC. I wonder if I should be ok travelling for 2 weeks in August, or shall I wait for n400 until I come back from vacation?
  9. Reporting live from EWR airport. No issues or secondary room this time around. The officer checked the extension letter and said “welcome”. Travelling back from Munich - Lufthansa with layover in Newark.
  10. Must be my luck. I shall update you guys when I get back at the end of April 🙃
  11. Hi! I’ve recently travelled from Poland back to States via Germany. I have both the extension letter and a stamp that was sent to me via mail (it’s not in my passport) and valid for one year. I had no issues with coming back, they accepted it when I presented it when checking in and when I landed in USA. I do have a global entry and the officer was fine with the stamp. Of course they took me to the secondary room to verify my status, but it took maybe 10 mins. I flew to EWR and had a connecting flight to MIA. A few months back I flew in from Poland and went through the global entry queue and they had no issues but still took me to the room to verify my pending status. I have one more trip to Europe next month and I hope there will be no issues I hope that helps. safe travels
  12. 12/11 - Biometrics completed Case status back to : case is being actively reviewed by USCIS. We wait again. Not sure if anyone got any updates from those who filled in August?
  13. Ok I just got an email that an action was taken on my case. The weird thing is that the date of taking an action is tomorrow lol: November 23, 2024 Biometrics Appointment Was Scheduled On November 23, 2024, we scheduled you for a biometrics appointment and sent you an appointment notice I was hoping they will reuse my biometrics but the good thing is that there is something going on. There is no letter in the documents tab so maybe something will be added tomorrow…. how long it usually takes to receive one? thank you!
  14. Alright. I got my stamp in the mail that is valid for one year. I’ve also submitted a request for missing receipt like you suggested and they contacted me via email which I replied to. hopefully I can get it at some point. At least I am not stressing about my upcoming travels! Thanks again
