I would submit what you have. Start fixing with the IRS and update the documents when they are ready for your Interview. They will ask you to update whatever documents are out of date. 

You can submit the transcripts for the previous years you can print them from the ira website. Also if you times your taxes they gave you a copy you submit those. Transcript for this year might already be uploaded too.
I filed my taxes on 2/7 and a week later the transcript was already there. I submitted that and a letter from the employer and my documents wer DQed. Take into consideration that there’s a size limit when submitting docs To NVC transcrips are smaller in size and have all the information they need. Hope this helps 

At the time I was waiting it took 57 days. But right now it is taking 21 days

We just received our approval yesterday!

Just an update case was sent to NVC on 01/30
git email last night with NVC case info logged in This morning and paid the fees. So case was created almost immediately. 

I don't see an issue. Legal tax strategy is not an immigration issue.

Looks like December cases are getting approved!!
