  1. Relax.... she will get her interview If you want Manila specific answers, drop into the Philippines regional forum for advice on how to navigate the consulate process. You will greatly benefit with specifics rather than generalities
  2. Yes she would be at risk. Airline would rebook her on the next flight that has available seats.
  3. Precovid maybe
  4. Manila doesn't need this.
  5. Yes. It is the petition that takes forever to be approved not the actual production of the greencard once it has been ordered to be made
  6. Give it some time. Please understand that most members are us based and you asked the initial question in the middle of the night for those members. I can say it was enough time before covid but I cannot opinine for the current situation.
  7. Location arriving from or arrival classification has no bearing on card production.
  8. The 48 month extension has nothing to do with actual green card production but awaiting approval of the underlying application such as the I751. My wife received her GC within 10 days of her I751 approval so card production is still quite quick
  9. The green card doesn't come from the PI, it is mailed from the USCIS production center in Kentucky. The immigrant processing fee must be paid first before the card is even ordered. Processing is roughly 30 days after arrival and if the fee has been paid. They can travel using the temporary stamp in there passport while waiting for the actual card
  10. The instructions from your consulate will indicate when they want you to have the DS 160 filled out by
  11. Email jerusalemivinquiries@state.gov.
  12. The financial forms are submitted at time of visa interview NOT with the original petition
