  1. Everyone is making their own assumptions, impersonating physicians, lawyers, and even consular officers, and believing that the mother will allow a two-year-old to fly with me to the U.S. alone for treatment while expecting me to care for a toddler entirely on my own, as if I were the mother.
  2. Yes I do, and of course I do know how expensive it is!! I am American added to that even if the child is NOT covered on my health insurance plan that will not disqualify him from getting treatment in the US the child was born a US citizen and could qualify for a medicaid if I needed to apply. thanks for the hint
  3. The doctors in Morocco Never stated he has an active TB, he was undergone a blood test and immunology test which was normal but the CT SCAN they said what it seems to be a round bag in the right lung that is causing him to get sick frequently since birth they discharged him after being in hospital for two week and was put on oral antibiotics and was given another CT SCAN showing the same results. but no TB is never there
  4. Thank you all for your input. Yes, my son has his CRBA and U.S. passport, and we can get the U.S. medical documents needed. The main issue is that my wife doesn’t want me to travel alone with him because he’s only 2 years old and needs his mother’s care during both the trip and treatment. This is why we’re trying for an emergency appointment for her B2 visa, even though we understand the chances in Casablanca are slim. Given the urgency of his medical condition, we feel it’s important to at least try.
  5. Urgent B2 Visa Expedition Request – Need Advice I am a U.S. citizen father of a 2-year-old U.S. citizen son who has a serious lung condition and recurrent infections since birth. He needs medical treatment in the U.S. and must travel as soon as possible. His Moroccan mother (my wife) is applying for a B2 visa to accompany and care for him during treatment. She has two other children from a previous marriage — one is disabled — and she will be leaving them in Morocco temporarily, which shows strong ties to return. I’m looking for advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation in Morocco or a comparable country: How to best request an expedited B2 visa appointment due to urgent medical need? Is there a high chance her visa will be approved since she has no intention to immigrate to the US because she has other kids Is it possible for me to appear at the U.S. Embassy with my son to explain the urgency before her scheduled interview? Any experiences, tips, or success stories would be greatly appreciated.
