I was wondering the same thing! We did consular processing for our I-130 and my LPR husband also did Global Entry recently. But, guess we will just see what happens! -

Does anyone know how quickly they decide whether or not to reuse biometrics? If they do schedule an appointment, would you get a text or email plus a paper notification for the appointment? Do they just assign an appointment or are you able to schedule it? Thank you! -

Does anyone know how long it takes for them to upload the digital version of the Receipt Notice/NOA1 in your online portal? And then its about 2 - 4 weeks after getting your receipt number that you get the physical copy? -

We couldn’t add our case to our online account so my husband requested an online access code for our receipt notice. Hopefully that comes soon and we can link our case to his online account. I read online that the I751 NOA1 doesn’t usually come with an online access code so we needed to request one. -

7/8 - mailed via FedEx to Elgin lockbox 7/10 - delivered and signed We didn't have an OAC, so we have to wait and see if we get a text message or email confirmation. (we sent Form G-1145 with our package) -
"in Care Of" Question
Ladybug13 replied to Ladybug13's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Ok we will put my husband's name just in case since we have mailboxes in a multi-unit apartment home and a po box that we are using as our mailing address since we may move before the card is produced. Thank you! -
Thank you to everyone who has answered my questions lately. I have another one, and it may be silly. Do we need to fill out the "in care of" for line 15a. and 17a. in the i751? The mailing address is our PO box and the physical address is our apartment. Should we leave it blank or write N/A? Thank you!

Hi everyone! As the title suggests, I am looking for advice on which courier service to use to mail our I-751 package next week. It's pretty thick, so I'll be using a box to mail it. Which service is best? I have had issues with USPS in receiving mail from USCIS, so I am feeling distrustful of them lately. Thank you in advance!

I-751 Question
Ladybug13 replied to Ladybug13's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Is it necessary for me to wait a week? I would rather do it the week it opens to ensure I have time to receive the extension letter. My husband's GC expires 10/5 so according to the USCIS website and others it opens the 7th. So mailing it on the 9th should be ok, correct? -
I-751 Question

Also, our 90-day window to send in our I-751 packet begins on Monday, July 7th. Would it be recommended to send our packet via FedEx on the 8th to ensure it arrives on a weekday after our window opens? Thank you! -
Hi! We are filing next month and had a question for everyone who just recently filed using FedEx. Which FedEx box and service did you use to send your I-751 to ensure there were no issues with the lockbox (no signature, etc.) Thank you in advance!

I-751 Packet Assembly Question
Ladybug13 replied to Ladybug13's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Thank you everyone for your help! It looks like I should: 1. Include ALL evidence even if it is long like full lease documents 2. not use any sticky tabs 3. make sure table of contents in cover letter is accurate 4. use a big clamp or rubber band to hold everything together 5. if I can fit it into an envelope at the post office, do it or just ship it via a document box Thank you everyone for your help! -
I-751 Packet Assembly Question
Ladybug13 replied to Ladybug13's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
So our lease documents for the past two years are really big, like 50 pages each. Our state has very large lease contracts. And our photo evidence is quite long due to everything having to be one sided. That’s why it’s a pretty huge stack. We don’t have any repeated evidence, the photo evidence was partially submitted in my husbands I-130 but on VJ it seems a lot of people include photos from the start of marriage until present when submitting for ROC.
