    Exactly... courts would only want to know if you are paying child support ( then you get all the necessary visits you need with the court's approval. ) Keep your ex out of your business. Save money as well. any gift to the kids is not child support, and the best thing about it.. you can do it yourself..

    From what I'm reading in this thread.. OP... is missing a key part of that interview.. the CO.. must have said something and both of them did not understand what was said. I'm guessing like we all are.. but something is missing..

    I received an RFE... form 865 for an affidavit of support... i fail to include my birth certificate in the package. I will overnight a copy of my birth certificate today.

    My application was picked up on June 21st. Me and my wife just got off the phone with USCIS.. they said they sent a letter to my house but I have not gotten on yet. I use a case tracker and it did pull up my wife biometrics for her to schedule.

    I never heard of them wanting letters from friends and family members.. maybe you did not supply enough of evidence when you sent your I-129F Did you send your airline receipts.. and pictures..?

    How long did you have to wait once uscis had taken the cash out of your account? my reason is that they cashed my orders just on Tuesday.. so I'm waiting for them to send me my receipt

    if you are waiting for an interview in Ghana.. it can be from 30 to 60 days... you have to keep checking. As for me.. the embassy emailed me the date for my wife interview. She said the interview was less than 10 mins

    I did the same as well ( for wife and child ) AOS AP and EAD... I'm just glad at least they cash my money orders.. I keep calling and emailing them to tell them that my money order will expire in 30 days. And if not cash the money order will be useless and I will not get any refunds and lose out on my payments. I even told my senator's office the work on it.. and they did

    well i did a lot of emails and phone calls...i refuse to just sit back and wait... after all... I'm paying for a service... and i have every right to call and ask question in regards of my case.

    Good Morning. I just got some information indicating that the money orders for my payments have been in cash.I called USCIS..and they said it had been accepted and cashed. The lady informed me that I should be receiving a notice of action in the mail if all is well or if something I missed on my application that needs to be corrected

    ( I got this email 2:30am this morning ) "Thank you for your inquiry. Submission for *********** was received on June 20, 2024, and is currently processing at the Lockbox. Once the submission has been completely processed, the applicant will receive a notice in the mail. If applicant does not receive a notice within the next 30 business days, please contact us again for additional details."

    I just received a phone call from my senator's office ( Mark Warner ) they informed me they contacted the lockbox support team and that my case is being reviewed, and when all is reviewed my money orders will be cashed and the recipe will be sent to me.( and yes there a long backlog )
