Need help for criminal records!
Gary Rich replied to Marshmallow-E's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
disposition certificate: This is what you will need to get from the county clerk's office ( no more than $10.00 ) not an FBI Report (I did it myself.. and it was fine and simple.. and got approved ) The disposition of a criminal record is the current status or final outcome of an arrest or prosecution. Common dispositions are: Convicted: which means you have pleaded or been found guilty by a court of law. Acquitted: means you have been found not guilty by a court of law in a criminal trial. -

I could really seek some advice. Last week I thought I kind of messed up creating the profile on USTravelDoc. because I created the K2 profile visa first and then realized that I thought I should have done the K1 first. none the less I went into a panic mood..lol But this morning what I did was just open the K1 Visa under a different email from the K2. and of course, I added the child to the K1. As well on the K2, I added the mother to the child. do you think there would be any problems with that.. i mean just having two accounts for each one of the K1 and K2 Thank you -

Good Morning VJ veterans. I could really seek some sound advice ( Thank you in advance) The other day I was creating a profile on traveldocs. But what took place is I created the k2 before the k1 ( the child will be traveling with the mother) But what I come to realize is that I should have created the K1 first! I thought that I could change the profile which can't be done. I sent an email information to the people on traveldocs and they responded back to me this morning with this response (Thank you for writing to the U.S. Visa Service Desk. We understand that you are requesting to update your profile. In regards to your query, we would like to confirm, if you have already associated a receipt to your profile it is not possible to make this change, as per the warnings provided throughout the scheduling process. Please continue with the process that you have chosen and you will receive further directions by the U.S. Embassy regarding the acceptability of your application. We remind you that the MRV fees are non-refundable and non-transferable from one applicant to another. Finally, if you have recently renewed your passport, please bring a copy of the passport used to create your profile along with your new passport to the appointment. We hope this information is helpful to you. Please visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/T3G8NJC to share feedback on the services we provide. Have a pleasant day! Sincerely, U.S. Visa Service Desk My problem was that my fiacee had trouble getting her passport renewal so I thought I could just start with the K2 first and follow up with the K1 Please can a season veteran help with sound advice Thank you -

I did all of that I'm talking about uploading your information on Traveldocs after you paid the visa fee. I did the child first before the mother. I guess it's typically the mother is first and then the child is attached -

I understand what you are saying. but in regards to the response back from them in what they were saying.( once it gets approval they will email me ) are they waiting on her mother ? I don't understand what they mean by that. But more importantly, I will attach her mother along with the child. I guess it's typically the child is attached with the mother -

Good Afternoon VJ, I have a Question. Today I submitted my fiancee's child (K2) on travelDocs today. I got a response from them saying this ( (Your request to schedule an appointment has been received and will be reviewed. You will receive an email once your request is approved My question is are they waiting for me to send the K1 ? ( which is her mother ) Her case is at the embassy in Ghana My theory is this I said this to someone today ( You know what I think. Being that I sent Kiley first it probably and more than likely to the embassy or there database as K2 and not K1. that’s why I think they said they will email my request once it’s approved because the system knows it’s a child. Now when Ama gets home to send me a snapshot of her passport I will upload Ama's information attached to Kiley.. That’s my thought process) I could be wrong in this thinking.. anyone have any thoughts Btw I will send the K1 as soon as the mother gets home Thank in advance -

Good Afternoon. Today I went back into the DS160 and tried to put the same date as it was on the passport. but the thing it that it would not let me be the expiring date on it as the passport So what I did was just put today's date on it. any concerns I should have? TIA p.s As of today the case is ready -
ceac.state.gov uses encryption to protect your information. When Microsoft Edge tried to connect to ceac.state.gov this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be ceac.state.gov, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Microsoft Edge stopped the connection before any data was exchanged. You can't visit ceac.state.gov right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later. ( this is what i get )

My fiancee's passport expired in April ( she has been waiting since for her new one ) I'm almost done with the DS160.but my case is in transit and it can be ready at a moment's notice. I should I use the old passport information on the DS160, and when it's time for her interview she could just bring both the old passport and also the new one. she inform me this morning that she could have the new one in 2 weeks.. please advise
