After receiving this letter from nvc. In the case status in UCSIS page suppose to show “case was sent to the Department of State “ . If it does not show, they’re lying to us. https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?
I think you need to check status on the CEAC site not the USCIS site? When USCIS approves your petition you get the below message.

This is what I got too 2-3 weeks ago! But as I mentioned a few days back, a response I got from them about something else was saying it didn’t arrive there. So shrugs
I choose to believe in positive news!
I like your positive attitude. Waiting is so hard and its very easy to become discouraged

The sticker would go on her passport not on her visa. Also cfo seminar is taking one month or longer to find an open spot.
Thankfully the visas are good for a few months which allows time to get everything done before coming to US.

I noticed at the bottom of this letter, it is issued by Pamela contractor agency. So all this letter we are receiving from nvc is being sent by this contractor agency not an nvc agent.
yep but they must have some sort of access at the NVC in order to search for records.

She can take the class without having her visa but if she does, she will need to return after she gets it to obtain the CFO sticker. Without the CFO sticker on her visa, they will not allow her to board a plane for the US
Update:
Looks like as of may 1 2023 they have a new method using digital certificates instead of the sticker. https://www.facebook.com/CFOGovPH

why does she has to go back after the seminar?

Thanks, did you get your case number yet?
My fiancee already made an appointment for cfo class this month.
Not yet. im going to wait a couple more weeks. One thing to keep in mind is if you go to cfo class before you get your visa (which is fine) then you will have to go back to the cfo place when you do get it before leaving the Philippines.

I sent an inquiry to AskNVC about my petition, and received two similar, but slightly different responses on the same day from two different agents. Weird
May 26, 2023 – NOA2, “Case Was Approved” – USCIS
June 30, 2023 – Sent an inquiry to “Ask NVC” to see if they received my petition.
July 7, 2023, 7:42 am – NVC response to inquiry: “The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry and the attached I-797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice. However, we do not have a record of receiving your approved petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We will contact USCIS to determine the location of your petition. You do not need to take any action at this time. Thank you for your patience as we work with USCIS to make sure your case is moving forward. Although the Form I-797 approval notice mentions a delay of up to 30 days for cases to be delivered to NVC from USCIS, current shipping times may be longer. Once NVC receives this petition from USCIS and enters it into our system, all case parties will receive a notice that they can begin processing if a visa number is immediately available.”
July 7, 2023, 11:01am – NVC response to inquiry: “Thank you for your inquiry. The National Visa Center (NVC) has not yet received your petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Although the Form I-797 approval notice mentions a delay of up to 30 days for cases to be delivered to NVC from USCIS, current shipping times may be longer. If you have not received a communication from NVC about this case within 60 days from the I-797 approval notice, please contact us again. Once NVC receives this petition from USCIS and enters it into our system, all case parties will receive a notice that they can begin processing if a visa number is immediately available.”Your noa2 date is may 26. It took about 60 days for nvc to receive my petition. Im expecting another 30 days for them to create the case and send to embassy. Hang in there and give it more time. Im sure everything is ok.

I made public form inquiry about my case on 27th of June and got replay on 3rd of July with answer of - Your petition is now waiting for data entry into our systems.
Just to make sure I sent email to NVC Research on 30th of June and got replay on 3rd of July as well with answer of - Your petition is now waiting for data entry into our systems.
So gotta trust it, right? 😄
I think so. Congrats.

I have tried calling USCIS #1(800)375-5283 and 1(212)620-3418 but both was a recording machine. Anyone knows other number besides these so I can talk to a live agent?
If youre in this thread it usually means USCIS has approved your petition and its time for NVC to do their thing. If youre wondering about your petition and if its been sent to the NVC then you can start by submitting a public inquiry. Then depending on your situation they will say yes we have it and are working on entering it into our system or they will say no we dont have it yet but you can email NVC research and they will reach out to USCIS on the the status/location of your petition. Here is the public inquiry link. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html

Nobody truly knows what is going on but one thing is true. They are not kidding around when they say to wait 90 days. It is the most discouraging thing to hear when we have been waiting over a year.
Agreed. The visa service i hired told me to expect at least 90 days but its still very discouraging.
