Haha yup. Personally it does not really matter for us. We're expecting a little one in December and booked our flights for May 7th 2024.
I am just surprised (maybe I shouldn't be anymore) that many stakeholders in this process are incapable of managing the flow if it really jumped from one week to 2 months. I can't imagine that all of a sudden there was a peak of 800% in new cases, considering the case creation timeframe is a gatekeeper of this process. Lol. We'll see.

So I confirmed with multiple post updates, it seems like NVC document processing time is still 7-10 days Max.

You may obtain a DL from MA or NH, if you have the required documents.  Hopefully, you can get your SSN quickly enough to make the trip to the MA or NH DMV worthwhile before you move to WA.  You may also need to present proof of residency in the state.

We filed four I-130 petitions on June 2, 2022 - this is our timeline:
Received the notice of I-130 approval on November 14 (letter was dated November 12) Received notice via email of NVC case creation on November 19 Paid the AOS and IV fees on November 21 Submitted everything to NVC on April 13 (got way delayed getting passports for my minor stepchildren) 3 our of the 4 cases were DQd on April 26 by NVC; forgot to upload one document to the fourth case, uploaded that and it was DQd on May 26 Currently waiting for an interview If your case was sent to NVC on June 2, and you still haven't received any communication from them, I would submit an inquiry here.

Did not receive an email or push notification from Case Tracker mobile app.

Same boat here with almost same identical timeline
Approved May 27th
Case was sent to NVC June 3rd
Still no welcome letter, only one small difference we paper filed so we thought maybe that's why our case was taking longer as USCIS still uses physical mail on some cases sent to NVC
 
We contacted NVC and this was their reply 
"Although the Form I-797 approval notice mentions a delay of up to 30 days for cases to be delivered to NVC from USCIS, current shipping times may be longer. If you have not received a communication from NVC about this case within 60 days from the I-797 approval notice, please contact us again."
 

Ooops! Yes, I meant NVC. My brain must not be functioning yet this morning....
 
I thought USCIS still mailed petitions to NVC. I think I read that on the DoS website. Which is weird because it's 2023. But maybe I'm wrong and it's electronically transferred. 

You mean NVC (not USCIS) is working on cases received from June 5th ? And NVC wrote me back that they haven't received my case yet ..
We are not in a rush as we are planning to move in June 2024 but just wondering why it takes so long to receive a case. I guess they are not sending them by mail 😂

I recommend sending an inquiry to NVC via their AskNVC form.  Ask if they already received your approved petition.  Provide your I-130 receipt number and attach a copy of your NOA2 approval notice PDF.

NVC welcome letter is sent only via email to the petitioner and beneficiary.  Same with the NVC case creation notice.  Did you check your spam folder?
 

Hi guys,  my case is under its 2nd actively reviewing with two months left. I checked the case this afternoon it's saying the case is taking longer than expected to process with no time frame. Has anyone ever seen this?  I'm so exhausted 😩  with this process but I know this is just the tip of the iceberg.

we filed the petition online and our NOA1 came from Texas service center, last week we got a RFE from Potomac and yesterday the status changed to actively reviewing - and the approval was in the documents tab.

We started at the Nebraska Service Center, but the approval came from Potomac.  No idea when it was transferred, but this seems to be the norm now.

Our NOA1 came from Texas Service Center, somewhere in time and space our case was transferred to Potomac and our approval notice came from the National Benefits Center.
 
Also worth noticing we only had one active review right after we submitted the petition last year, yesterday it changed to approved and our approval notice was in the documents tab;
