I am also a March 26th 2021, and it’s still not letting me submit  i also feel so defeated and stuck. I lived with my fiancé in Europe for 2 years and my biggest regret is making the decision to come back to the US and not going forward with a visa in the EU (I could have gotten a work visa from doing my graduate degree there). I never thought this would be the case and it breaks my heart so much. 
 
p.s. it’s my fiancé on this account that posts the daily updates/stats, not me. (usually meaning he is posting the end of day stats well into the early A.M his time ) just wanted to give him a shout out bc I know he puts a lot of time into it❤️

I hope you guys get some good news soon! It's the greatest struggle my goodness and I have been through together is the waiting with no hope. We are finally into the NVC and waiting for them to send it to the embassy whole she collects all of her police clearance from the countries she's lived it. But everyday we move closer to being together again. Hang in there! We're always here for y'all.

According to USCIS completion rates, USCIS was kind enough to devote 5 hours and 40 minutes of the day of one of their guys to process 8 new cases. Maybe tomorrow they will give us 6 full hours, but since it is Friday, I cannot get my hopes up.

This is unbelievable. I'm loss of words.
 
The whole world is short staffed. I feel like looking into this, the fees we pay, are more than sufficient to cover the costs of this processing and still turn a profit. It is every day a little harder for me to believe there isn't an intentional bottleneck being created. This amount of incompetency is hard to believe. I know plenty of things that are run badly, but this bad it is not possible. It has to be intentional.

Yes. True if both the premise it is atomatic and the expedites are factored in are correct. Factoring expedites, as you say, is extremely misleading. Both for us, and for USCIS officers that if it is reduced may be swamped by even more inquiries.
 
The fustrating part is that, since I'm a late March filer, I saw them moving, or starting somehow with March when my group and the group after were both with over 70% cases untouched, and those were large groups. If this is their modus operandi, if I ever have someone that I know that will be filing for this process, I will recommend them to have their case received earlier in the month, by either sending it in the last few days of the month, or first couple of days, since last groups of the month seem to be neglected in favour of the group after.

We originally were planning End of Summer 2022, which would be somewhat possible on old processing time, but I'm glad we didn't.
 
Then we moved to September 2023. But the full ceremony would be in Portugal, and since at this moment, for the remaining March filers I cannot exclude a 15 month wait, and we still have to wait for advance parole so we can both leave USA, September is looking like a risky date.

We booked our wedding for august 2023 earlier last month. I accounted for the worst possible noa2 date and the worst possible interview time lol
 
My entire family has been complaining about an Alabama wedding in August but what can you do! My photographer and venue both need a years notice and I didn't want later
 
obviously we'll need to get legally married within the 90 days and I have plans to do so in pajamas. the lengths the process makes us go to 😭
 

Yes. We had postponed it for a year. Now we are considering postponing another one (the ceremony). It is wild because if we had submitted a month earlier we could potentially be done with the whole process now.
 
We tried earlier and were unable, but fiancée is doing the inquiry form exactly now. Let's see if she succeeds.

Hi! I'm a June 2021 filer, but I've been following the March group to see how the progress is going. They are almost done with March and it looks like they're working on the last week of filers from March 2021, which includes your group. Looks like you can inquire after today. After that it depends how fast your embassy is working as to how quickly your fiance will get the visa. My embassy is caught up, so it's taking them ~2-3 months after USCIS approval to get the visa, but others like (like Philippines) are still behind and it's taking a long time to get appointments. Congratulations on your baby and I hope your fiance will be here for the birth!

Also not a very good day for the cases untouched, but I'm happy for all the people that were waiting for their RFE responses decision and got it today.
