Completely understand. Innocent us looked into timelines on other websites and really hoped we would have the whole process done between December and February. I feel like someone really needs to update the reference websites timelines for this process. It can be very misleading and people are planning their lives based on that.

Similar story. We were living together outside of the US, planeed our lives based on available timelines. Each week and month that goes by extra from that is an exercise of resilience.
  3. Thanks

Ok, so here's what I can see (and she, haha, I'm just the C in CJP)
    1. I don't manually add up the approvals and RFEs, Case Tracker does that automatically in a bar graph so the total should always stay about the same, the numbers just move around slightly between Approved, RFE and Other Action.
    2. Double approvals happened somewhat commonly in past months, I saw several people post about it here and in the chat I'm in for my country specific embassy. It wasn't a problem for them except I think for some getting to NVC took a bit longer for some reason. The double approval was never really figured out, but the chart only counts them once. If it says approved, no matter what date or how many times they are approved it still just counts the 1 case as 1 approval.
    3. changes in 57500 - Total numbers waiver slightly day-to-day (always less than a handful but nothing horribly significant, so those approved today might have been approved before but still show up as one approval per case, this was also seen to be true in other previous month chart too. Why? I'm unsure, but a few cases here or there isn't much)
    Jan 18th: Approved 139, RFE 56, Other Action 36, Total 245.
    Jan 19th: Approved 142, RFE 58, Other Action 31, Total 245.
    Jan 20th: Approved 146, RFE 63, Other Action 24, Total 247.
    4. The chart is great to get a general idea of how things are going, but can always be slightly off depending on how USCIS codes things or the automatic counting in the Case Tracker. I wouldn't freak out too much about a few double approvals, the important thing is movement! So numbers may be slightly off, but it's probably nothing to worry about. Double approvals may be some internal thing at USCIS.
  4. Thanks

Yes, it will take approximately 11 months to get NOA2 as of now. Improved speeds for the March filers bode well for you guys in April, but this week is the first ‘real’ week where we’ve seen movement in mid-March so they’re still a ways away from you guys.

You do an amazing work! Thank you so much for pulling up all the data.

The prediction is no glooming, but it is what it is. At this point, I regret not having sent it a little bit earlier. And to think that at some point VJ estimated my approval in November.

I'm very sorry for you, although as a March filer/April notice, there is no guarantee of anything, if they are still looking into January.

On the personal side, I'm very sympathetic for your wait. I have been very luck that we managed to travel both ways on a more or less regular basis. The harder part is that we were living together prior, and this has been a painful change.

I do hope USCIS is reinforcing their ranks. It is just not possible.
