I understand we are just a small window but it seems inaccurate.  For example, the processing time for i-129f is 9-12 months.  They say this means 50% are processed at 9 months and 92% are processed at 12 months (https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/more-info -> Scroll to "Estimated Time Range").  If you look at the spreadsheet from the May 2021 filers (approximately 10 months ago) from people that are using the USCIS phone app 92% of them are unprocessed: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bYbU6iImqwTZCF2awJ5_IEPxH7IhON8do1YlMlhytAI/edit?usp=sharing.

Where did you find this spreadsheet? İs there any spreadsheets for other months?

If WhatsApp is where you are getting your US immigration info from, you may want to rethink that.  Regardless of what they said can be done, actual people have been denied the visa for holding a "non-legal" or "religious only" ceremony prior to the K-1.

İts not me 😂😂 idk who ever asked the question, ım just assuming what other people are trying to say in that group chat.

One more thing. If your fiance is a Japanese national the decision about sponsorship will largely be made at NVC - if you meet the requirements. At her visa interview the consulate in Tokyo asked my wife only a single question. Looking at the consulate reviews on this website that seems to be fairly typical.

They going for a K1 visa, so they will show the proof of income at the embassy not before that
