    Thank you so much. I used a lawyer for my mandamus writ. I started filing and serving in May and got my VAWA approved in June. PD for i360 is 02/18/2020. We served DHS, DOJ, USCIS and the district attorney. I485 interview scheduled for August.

    Hi all! I got my VAWA approved after filing mandamus writ. I have been scheduled for an interview for my I-485. I’m a bit nervous as I’ve never done any interviews with USCIS before. What questions would I possibly be asked please?

    Yaaassss! My VAWA got approved yesterday and I'm still in shock! 4 years and 3 months of waiting, I really had given up. PD 02/18/2020. Tears of joy all day long! I still can’t believe it and I can’t stop crying. Finally!!!!

    God is good! Finally card is being produced. It’s been almost 3yrs without EAD! I can’t stop crying. I went from having EAD and working for 2yrs to not being able to work for 3yrs. God is good! I applied for i765 & i485 in Dec 2022 Sent in expedite request in February 2023 (received the receipt notice in February) Expedite request approved in April 2023 Card is being produced May 2023. I’m still waiting for VAWA approval. 3yrs and counting. And the processing time just went up again 😔 Thank you guys so much for your encouragement when I was really down. You have no idea how much it helped me. God bless you.
