  1. I am a US citizen and my wife currently has a 2-year conditional Green Card (obtained via K1 visa). I'm thinking about taking a job in Canada. Would my wife be able to relocate to Canada with me without voiding the Green Card?
  2. My wife is about to receive her green card and we have been talking about traveling abroad. I have the following questions related to our situation: Does she need to present her passport (Ukraine) at border control of the travel destination or is the conditional green card sufficient? Her surname on passport and green card are different. Does she need to bring proof of name change (ex. marriage certificate) for travel? Should the flight be booked using her new or old surname?
  3. My wife came to the US on K1 visa. She already applied for and received a social security card with my last name. She also submitted the i485, i761, and i131 using my last name. These applications are still pending. Is it possible to correct them so that she uses her original last name instead?
  4. Can you recommend some websites that I can use in my research?
  5. She has no desire to stay. She refuses to give up her life in Ukraine despite the invasion.
  6. In which city did you do it? I will be going to Warsaw to pick her up and bring her to the US. Would love to get a food allergy test done while there, if possible.
  7. My wife's mother is from Ukraine and will be visiting us in California for a couple of weeks. We would like for her to get a) a comprehensive blood test and b) physical examination. We have the following questions: What is the best way to achieve our goals based on cost vs quality? Should we buy her health insurance? Which health insurance? Do blood tests require a doctor's order?
  8. My wife just received an RFE for her I-485. I have the following questions about this: Does the fact that she received an RFE mean her case is currently in review? Hypothetically speaking, if we satisfy the RFE and there are no more RFEs, does this mean we will soon get an interview date?
  9. My wife has filed I485, I131, and I765 and recently received NOA. The case numbers begin with IOE. How do we know which Service Center is processing her cases? The address on the NOAs say National Benefits Center U.S. Citizenship & Immigration SVC P.O. Box 648003 Lee's Summit MO 64002 We need to know the Service Center in order to look up processing times from this site: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
  10. Congrats! I think there may be a mistake in your Timeline. Your Timeline for AOS says Interview Date is 10/04/2022, however this is your biometrics date. Also, I noticed your CIS office for AOS says San Bernadino CA. Where did you get this information from?
