Thank you for the updates. Its so sad that they are not even touching 97000.. its so frustrating.. glad people are getting approval at least not like back in feb..i wish nobody has to go through with this... with each extra day waiting.. i am keep thinking why i didn't do marriage based filing. i wish we can sue USCIS for false advertisement on "K1 timeline of 6 months" and here i am waiting 428 days. Each day is so tough and mental toll on relationship. Each night, i cry sleeping and praying at least some movement to my case or at least 97000.

Hang in there. It'll happen any moment from now. My NOA1 was June 11, 2021 and just got approved a few days ago.

I’m beginning to feel depressed. I just want my fiancé to be here so we can get married and begin our lives together. We have started to argue a little more… but it’s usually my fault because I miss him. Ahhhh. Our first NOA is December 31, 2021. Do y’all think USCIS will actually speed up like they’ve been saying since March? Their goal is 6 months… but right now it’s taking at least 13.5 months to receive NOA2. I just want to hear yalls opinions on if you think they will speed up! And I also want to hear some feedback from other couples who may be feeling depressed with the distance, also.

Hang in there. Our NOA1 is dated June 11, 2021 and we still haven't received our NOA2. It's mentally draining, but all you can do is wait and hope! Best of luck to all on this journey.

I finally got my k1 visa issued but the problem is the visa is printed with wrong date of birth.  It has 3 Sept xxxx instead of 9 March xxxx. My DS 160 form,NOA 1 and 2 approval forms, passport, birth certificate and all paper work concerning my visa have correct date . Obviously it was a printing error on visa. To my observation  he wrote date in place of month but year is correct. My problem is that I have realised this error 2 days to my flight. The embassy takes almost 5 business days before one gets a reply to the email if I'm to inform them..Obviously I will miss the flight. What should I do? Can I travel however much I have all the proof to show it was embassys mistake? Advise me please!!

The date isn't wrong. Americans write date with the MM-DD-YYYY format

I included the pages on my Nigerian passport as well and explained why in the little caption you're supposed to write under every picture/piece of evidence.

Perfect. I attached sticky notes to most of the evidence with captions\explanations. For the Nigerian passport, I stated that I hold dual citizenship, and it was my Nigerian passport that was stamped upon entry\exit.

Mailed off yesterday and tracking shows delivered already. Now the wait begins :)

  6. Hi all,

About to submit my I-129F but have a confusing scenario. I have dual citizenship from the US and Nigeria, and stamps at point of entry were on my Nigerian password. Would including this create any additional issues? I'm hoping not, as it is completely ok to have dual citizenship for US and Nigeria.

Would have included boarding passes, but realized there is no way to reprint boarding passes, since I did mobile checkin. I have itinerary from flights, pictures, and bill from our hotel stay.
