    I chatted with Emma but their like "oh there is no time frame" - maybe I will give them a call instead. Yes I thought the time frames were 8 or so months so I was surprised to see the message about it being out of time frame so I wanted to make sure I hadn't missed something!

    I requested an expedite for my EAD despite no biometrics in the hopes it might trigger it. I do have a job offer waiting so I'm just anxiously waiting to hear back.

    This is so frustrating seeing everyone else get their biometrics appointments and I'm still waiting! Not that I'm not happy for you all. Just feeling a bit down.

    I'm still impatiently waiting for my biometrics to be scheduled and I'm hoping is comes through next week! Which is your local office?

    Like nylar said - it lumps them all together so you get one code for all.

    It'll be a separate letter. If your tracking your case online it will tell you/send a notification that a biometrics appointments has been scheduled

    Which lockbox was it sent to? Some are slower than others. Received my hard copy of the noa1 in the mail today of all three applications.

    Honestly I would throw the whole man away. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been and that you did all the mental workload for this. But this is him showing you who is is. Believe him. It's not going to get better once your married and he's in the states.

    Did this get updated in your USCIS account? Mine keeps asking for an access code that I need to enter so I think I need to wait for the hard copy to arrive.

    You don't put them into ceac. Use your USCIS account or case tracker. Got my three texts this morning all beginning with IOE and back dated to the 8th of November.

    Hype for the November crew. Sent ours off on the 5th of November to the Chicago lockbox. USPS confirmed delivery on the 9th. Now to wait.

    Yea I only got it on Tuesday. They say it's 10 days from issued!

    anyone else been delayed in recieving their visa? My interview was nearly a month ago and the status is "issued" or does anyone have any idea when the USA embassy sends visa out! Very frustrating wait
