Here is the relevant section: https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-resources/handbook-for-employers-m-274/60-evidence-of-status-for-certain-categories/61-lawful-permanent-residents-lpr
Are you asking about employment you began before the 2-year GC expired or about new employment?
*It says that you should eventually receive a new extension letter: https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-extends-evidence-of-status-for-conditional-permanent-residents-to-24-months-with-pending-form "we will issue new receipt notices to eligible conditional permanent residents who properly filed their Form I-751 or Form I-829 before Sept. 4 and whose cases are still pending. Those receipt notices will also serve as evidence of continued status for 24 months past the expiration date on their Green Card."
Never received the updated receipt but I do have the original extension letter they sent me 5 months ago

Uscis website doesn't specifically mention the name of that document under the i9 form section but my extension letter does state that during this time it can be used a proof of work authorization along with my expired card. Also, they posted on the uscis website that the extension period is updated to 24 months now.
Thanks

Yes, it doesn't matter if you filed separately or joint; as long as you did not claim you were single.
Okay cool. Do they need all evidences again like photos etc?
-
If you have only two years of joint taxes and the third was married filing separately is that still okay?

Yes it does. Enter in the the date on the card and add 3 or 5 years to that date.
Done trying to help.
Thanks but no one forced you to respond so you don't need to be rude

Starting from your date of entry:
- 3 years via marriage to a USC, or
- 5 years via legal residency in the US
3 years mean 90 days before three years or exactly three years

When do I become eligible for applying for n-400

$150 is a lot of money. Though, I understand your culture, you need to make friends for such events. You can rescue $150.
I do not know were you are, but regardless of gender, if you would be in Houston, I would drop you for free.
I know you are female. But I am just saying that I can help anyone, regardless of gender.
Atleast you sorted it, albeit expensively.
Yeah, money isn't a problem. You can always figure it out. I have a few people that I think are my friends but they refused to help me lol. But I have a friend who would have helped but she is travelling.

They should not/ even a US passport photo can be with hejab
and once you start to wear this, you are always to wear it in public
it would be violating your religious rights to make you remove it
my height is 5'6 and on my drivers license as well it is 5'6 but the last time at my doctors office the nurse's reading was 5'4. so I am confused which one should I write on my biometric form. Because I am gonna show them my drivers license as well

No you can remove it if you want to. No one has the right to force you to wear it and vice versa. It's between you and your God.

Will they ask you to remove the hejab?

That’s got nothing to do with whether or not your parent can apply for a visit visa.
Really?
-
I will. Right now my green card needs to renew first. I have a conditional green card

Yes, of course there's hope, as long as they can get tourist visas. What we posted above are just possibilities. No one can predict how exactly CBP will decide at point of entry. But if the parents have evidence of strong ties to their home country (eg. stable job, other close family), that could help to overcome any suspicions about their intentions for traveling to the US.
Well my mom has always been a housewife and never worked ever. But she has kids she lives with and she gets my dad's pension. I don't if this counts as strong ties

By law, every visitor to the US is already suspected of wanting to stay illegally. It is up to the visitor to overcome that obstacle.
But there is still hope? That they can visit?

Typically 6 months, but can be shorter, depending on the decision of the inspecting CBP officer at point of entry. It's also possible for CBP to deny them entry if the officer suspects they intend to violate the terms of their tourist visa.
What could be their intention? An old parent wanting to see their child

and how long can be the visit?

Hi, can a permanent resident bring their parents to the US if they don't have the US passport yet

I had my biometrics appointment for removing conditions in December 2020 in Maryland.
On your appointment letter it should say what ID you need, however, 100% take your expired green card.
I did not, and even though it says on the letter any official ID is fine, they refused to help me until I presented my expired green card. I had to go home and get it. I even showed the lady what the letter said, and she said "I know what the letter says" but still refused to help until I got my expired green card.
I had a really horrible experience, and I'm not trying to worry you, I'm just encouraging you to take your expired green card, because it may be all they need.
Thanks for sharing that. Did they let you in with the expired green card and expired passport? I have a receipt letter for the passort renewal in process

If the usc divorces you before three years, can you still apply for naturalization and when can you apply for it?
Can I present my extension letter as work authorization document along with my green card,
