Hello, 

My mom received a B1/B2 visa to the US last year feb 2022- feb 2023, however she will not be able to travel till April 2023. Can she get another visa with the previous DS-160 or Another Visa fee will need to paid?

Is there a sort of extension? or a new visa application has to be done.

Hello, I just recently got my 10year green card under VAWA and would like to file for citizenship, however I am afraid that my wife will not be able to come for the N400 interview as we are now separated. Please advise me what to do to make it easy for me. Thank you.

ALL waivers still have to show evidence of the bona-fide nature of the marriage.

I have police report plus audio recordings

just to note that my wife has also been emotionally and physically violent too. 

I thought that one can file vawa anytime in the immigration process? 
also at what time do file for extreme cruelty/ or divorce ?

Hello everyone! 

I have been married for 5 years; filled AOS and got my green card which expired on March 2018; 90 days before that I filled removal of conditions and got and RFE on nov 2019 which I submitted, however since then my status shows to be scheduled for interview. 
also my wife has been extremely violent and demanding for divorce; she frankly told me that she will not be coming to attend my interview. And recently she has been violent that I had to call the police. 
My case is outside processing time and I don’t know what to do? 
I am thinking of filling for a divorce waiver or vawa case. 
I am confused and every lawyer keeps asking for money that I don’t have. 
please help what can I do ?
