Not sure what you are asking here
I mean in a case waiting to respond to the NOIR sent by the uscis and one call the uscis to close or withdraw the petition but later change in couple of days to continue with the process. Any chance of the petition being reversed to continue with the process?

What do you mean? You don’t have control over a NOIR.
Do you mean withdrawing a petition?
Yes

Is it possible for one to call uscis to close the NOIR and it's close immediately? Like yesterday and changed mind tomorrow.. Can it be reversed?

I think the extension due to covid is still in place, which would allow a response up to 60 days after it is due.
"We will consider a response received within 60 calendar days after the due date set forth in the following requests or notices before taking any action, if we issued the request or notice anytime from March 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021:
- Request for Evidence;
- Continuation to Request Evidence (N-14);
- Notice of Intent to Deny;
- Notice of Intent to Revoke;
- Notice of Intent to Rescind;
- Notice of Intent to Terminate regional centers; and
- Motion to Reopen an N-400 Pursuant to 8 CFR 335.5, Receipt of Derogatory Information After Grant."
Can't a case (NOID) be closed immediately after 60 days of extension?

For those judging him for saying he’s interested in her anymore I think you need to get off your moral high horses. You have no details of the nitty gritty issues and some people see no point sharing the details of their relationship woes with anonymous strangers on the internet.
Not interested in her anymore may sound flippant but there’s could be very legitimate issues triggering it.
It is what it is, he’s committed no crime.
@Dgreat You may want to modify your delivery, sometimes it may affect the type and quality of responses or advice you receive.
What the total days and extension days to respond to the uscis?

she can refuse
you need to know your state's divorce laws
some states you need to file a separation paper and wait a year to finalize the divorce
depends on the state
see a divorce lawyer
meantime when you do not respond to the NOIR the case is in limbo
write to the office handling the NOIR and state you are withdrawing the petition
and understand this is devastating to the poor woman who married you, so keep correspondence kind as you are breaking the heart and dreams of someone you professed to love
First 30 days given had gone and I don't feel like to respond. The NOIR is just simple but I don't want to continue. What if I don't write to the uscis for withdrawal of the petition?

Was the NOIR issued because they suspect it to be a green card marriage?
Not really. I'm not interested in her anymore. Could she drag the time longer before other ways around?

hello,
I want to ask a question... If USCIS sent NOIR and I, the petitioner delayed to respond and I later called the USCIS to withdraw the petition or close it as a result of issue in the marriage, can I call for the USCIS to reinstate the immigration and respond to their NOIR now the issue has been resolved?
What should I do to resume the processing?
