I got my approval for my K1 petition April 19th, I have yet to get an email or mail about my case number.  My beneficiary is from Nigeria and we were with the Cali service center? Anyone know what's the current processing time with that? Already submitted an inquiry through email, nvc isn't accepting phone calls at

I think the NVC said they are no longer taking up calls or responding to enquiries in order to address the backlog they are having..

You just have to wait a little , they will send you an email with your case number when they send the case to the US consulate in Lagos ..

At least the backlog in lagos has been reduced ..so your case should be on Transit to lagos as soon as possible..

    Congratulations from another Nigerian

Yes, I agree. Let me try to be clearer. Comparing it to the chart numbers yesterday run at the end of the day yesterday to confirm that they are not all duplicate approvals one can now see:

    image.png.9ae3ab55c9afb8f721087d9545521289.png

Case tracker data NOW + difference:

Approved: 57 (57-37=20 new approvals, possible 3 duplicates)

RFE: 48 (48-43=5 RFE difference, assumed to be all new based on today's count)

Other action: (89-65=24 reduced from yesterday's count, this number sometimes fluctuates + or - 1 so about 24ish new changes that are not duplicates)

I run the chart and it still showed 2 as "Case was Received" yesterday (I manually count those for all bold and italicized). I just ran it now and it still does as well. You should be able to see this if you sort by I129-F, then sort by date and scroll to the bottom. 2 cases with dates of March 1st are still waiting (57453 and 57470).

Are you the one handling that Excel spreadsheet of march 2021 filer...

If yes, I think you need to recount the number of Untouched cases again...it's lesser 89..

If you subtract today's work...it should be at 60 cases untouched

    How did we meet

    Where does the usc live

    How many times we met

    Explanation of how we met

He said the interview was easy not hard until she got to how many times u guys met....that's where the prob started

I am from Nigeria .....Most times i hear it is difficult to get a K1 visa from Nigeria with one meeting.........Most of the nigerians who got K1 Visa met at least twice before filing the petition......Some met once before filing the petition and met again before the visa interview and they were given the K1 Visa....... Thinking of getting married immediately after meeting once after getting to know each other online is something that is not easily to succeed in Nigeria..... Just get married , file CR-1 Petition and meet twice before going for interview

Here's the end of day update :)

    57000 - 0 (=0)
    57500 - 0 (=0)
    58000 - 0 (=0)
    58500 - 1 Approval, 1 RFE (+1 RFE)
    59000 - 2 Approvals (+2 Approvals)
    59500 - 1 Approval (=0)
    60000 - 1 Approval (+1 Approval)
    60500 - 2 Approvals (+2 Approvals)
    61000 - 1 Approval (+1 Approval)
    61500 - 6 Approvals (+4 Approvals)
    62000 - 2 Approvals, 2 RFEs (+2 Approvals)
    62500 - 6 Approvals, 3 RFEs (+2 Approvals, +1 RFE)

    63000 - 9 Approvals, 8 RFEs (+5 Approvals)

    63500 - 6 Approvals, 1 RFE (+3 Approvals)

    64000 - 1 Approval, 1 RFE (+1 Approval)

    64500 - 2 Approvals (=0)

So, we're ending the day with another decent chunk of approvals, we are at 56 (+25) changes today! Keeping up the trend this week of over 50 a day which is honestly refreshing to see. Good to see that today was a bit more distributed (still focused in the 62500+ area, but most of the previous groups also got touched).

As a note, I see that @Fillipe also posted this same update (the office closes at 4PM PST, so usually after that time not much happens aside from updates saying that they received answers to their RFEs). In the future, if someone posts these same updates then I won't post mine as I don't want to clog up the forum with the same information that someone else did, haha. It's fun to see others also going through the data as well!

please continue posting..............................i know how many times i wake up in the night just to check your post...............please continue posting

So, I just did a run on the 62500 range, and I am not sure if I'm seeing things, but I counted 32 cases touched today, being 4 RFEs and the rest approvals.

I will wait for people who know better than me on this, but if that is the case it is plain bloody amazing.

EDIT: The numbers above are incorrect. The app is double counting.

Are you sure they were for form i-129F??

Here's the lunch break update for today!

    57000 - 1 Approval
    57500 - 1 Approval
    58000 - 0
    58500 - 0
    59000 - 3 Approvals
    59500 - 1 Approval
    60000 - 8 Approvals, 1 Other
    60500 - 0
    61000 - 2 Approvals
    61500 - 1 Approval, 1 RFE
    62000 - 7 Approvals, 1 RFE
    62500 - 5 Approvals, 4 RFEs

    63000 - 9 Approvals, 1 Other

    63500 - 2 Approvals, 1 RFE1 Other

    64000 - 0

    64500 - 0

I included 64000/64500 today since USCIS seems insistent on partially completing a set and then ignoring it and moving on.

Today we're at 50 actions taken in the usual range, which is a pretty absurd amount by noon. That being said, because it is so high I'm not expecting much to happen by the time they close. Will post the final numbers again then.

I jus ran the number from 63500 to 64000...

    Approval is 3

RFE is like 2 to 3

    Case denied was 1

    Alright all, here's today's lunch break update~~

    57000 - 1 Other (RFE response received)
    57500 - 2 Approvals
    58000 - 0
    58500 - 1 Approval
    59000 - Approvals, 1 Withdrawal
    59500 - 1 Approval
    60000 - 10 Approvals
    60500 - 0
    61000 - 7 Approvals, 3 RFEs
    61500 - 2 Approvals, 3 RFEs
    62000 - 5 Approvals
    62500 - 4 Approvals

So far we have 48 cases touched today with significantly more approvals than RFEs (only 6 RFEs so far) and a lot more action than we saw yesterday. An exciting day for sure! Wonder if they'll get to my case this month, haha.

One note regarding the additional cases that were processed after closing yesterday, it appears as though they were all updates saying that they received the answers to their RFE requests.

A guy with NOA of March 31st got NOA 2 today............maybe you should run your search and uodate the total numbers of approved cases

We know u are the only person who knows how genuine your relationship is and how much you and your fiancee love each other..

We are not to judge or decide ..that is left for the embassy to decide that..

But what I think is important is ..

What is the timeline of this relationship?

When did the last one end for this one to begin...what is the spacing like??

Why only Americans??...it's quite a red flag though..not just because of the first...it would look like after the first denial with an American woman...how possible again filing a petition with another American woman..

You should put yourself in the consular officer position...it looks suspicious..

You should be prepared to give a very convincing answer...
