There is no reliable mechanism to do this
For clarity, your question is about a submitted i129f petition which should not be confused with a k1 visa

Once you’ve received the Noa1, you could send information at that time along with a copy of the noa1. Please don’t wait for a rfe if she feel like you need to submit something submit right away.

Hello!
By having a naturalization certificate, issued by an authority, means that all the process for any changes/alterations is final and therefore, chances are you won’t even need to present this extra document.
However, my advice is that you wait for any RFE (if there will ever be one) and, then, you forward this one extra document you have.
I know it sounds cliche, but try to relax for now.
You will hear from them, for sure. The only thing is it may take a little longer because of the backlog they’re facing now, but they will keep you in the loop.

It should count, but you should just wait to see if you receive an RFE for further information. You can't send in additional information at this time. Not sure how you would stop the NOA1 process unless you used a cc and cancelled that cc. Your app would be sent back automatically. I still think waiting for the RFE would be better though?

Sattirx reacted to Dashinka in legal name change documentation confusion
Technically, I believe it would be considered a name change, so I would put the misspelled name in the section as other name used even though you didn't really use that name other than having it on the GC. Also, yes, the naturalization certificate is sufficient proof of the name change.
Good Luck!
