You can contact your state Medicaid, you will need to send proof of pregnancy, income, ID. I think that’s all I sent and I was approved

It was fine, was approved the same day and got my card last week. Hopefully you get yours without interview.

My vawa was approved June 2021, had biometrics Aug 31st and my I485 interview  November. You might have your interview 3-5months after then

Thanks. I filed I360 and I485 March 2018, got RFE June 2020, responded Aug 2020. Got my C31 card Jan 2021 and Vawa approved June 2021, Interview today Nov 9th

she asked me for the name of the abuser, the date of our marriage, if my abuser was a citizen (he is naturalized), the original divorce decree and its date, the i797s of visas/ APs I used to enter the US, my employment history, my current employer & proof, standard yes/no questions on the i485, original medicals i693, form i94

I went to DMV to get a temporary driving privilege but they took all my paper work and sent them to immigration for verification before issuing me a driving privilege document to drive with. But it has been two weeks USCIS hasn't responded to them, I'm stuck and i cannot drive to go work (im working with an extension 180 days on the receipt notice). What should I do? My ead is based on pending asylum and i have i360 pending

You will have to wait to get back from them. I have a similar case, lost my License and I went to driver license office but I was given a paper SAVE verification, it took 20 days for them to call me back that I was cleared. Got my license yesterday. Hopefully they will respond soon.

Hm hun, I'm not sure why the 6 moths is an important date, but definitelly you should look into it and see if this is going to effect you anyhow, I hope everything will go well, you have some time to prepare till December 🤞

YEEES I just checked my USCIS account yesterday and my interview has been scheduled guys! 

I am waiting for the mail now to see when is it exactly, 

gotta do the medical exam - is that about $300-$400?

 

Wow!! That’s great. Just did mine, was $320 without the vaccines.

It’s worth mentioning that you should be relaxed. Try to have small talk with IO before you enter the interview room. I recall telling the IO that I came from far far away(shrek thingy lol) for the interview and we laughed before the interview. The whole atmosphere was chill after that

Make sure you have copies of marriage,divorce, certs as well as all EADs and tax returns. If anything changed from time  of application to interview like employment; write it on a piece of paper and hand over to the IO before the interview starts. Otherwise historically, you’ll be asked yes/no questions and nothing about the abuse. And have your updated medicals with you!

On October 8th I got " Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" and ever since, no updates, the interview isn't scheduled yet, so idk.

But I am nervous too! 

from what I read you just need your Medical History and the interview should go smoothly; they should be asking only about the I485 form, like the questions yes/no, to proof you are a good person. But if anybody actually went o the interview and can give us some advice i would really appreciate it 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I did for EAD renewal. My I-360 has been approved 

I applied for the renewal of my EAD(C09) in Oct 2020, got EAD(C31) in Jan 2021, did biometrics for EAD C09 July 2021 and since then nothing. It’s almost one year now for the renewal and the other one is going to expire in January. I raised a service request for out of processing time since September 7th, not even been assigned to an officer. I’m afraid   January is around the corner and don’t want to be out of job. Has this happened to anyone and is there anything I can do?thanks

I received my EAD (C31) in January 2021 and my case was approved June 2021, I was worried too but I guess there is nothing we can do about it. Hopefully you will get your approval letter soon

Don’t get confuse it’s not unusual to get biometrics notice  this days and remember to keep renewing both cards with 6 months in between if possible  till you get your GC,

usually you can expect to get your C09 EAD in a week or two after you took your biometrics  it happened to me twice.

Yea that they delivered the card but it was approved in June
