It is a weird glitch that so many people have to upload the W2 again. Can anybody explain it? In all my journey, I never had to upload documents anywhere so don’t know how the actual process works. My logic and mind says create one pdf from scanning the pages of the tax return plus the W2 so I would have one pdf named 2019 Tax. So how could the W2 page fall out of the pdf? Or more likely I would have scanned I-864, 2019 tax transcript (or tax return+W2), employer letter as one pdf called “Affidavit of Support My Name”. Are you not allowed to upload a pdf document? I don’t know how it works having never done the actual upload for myself.
By law they can not ask you for anything newer than 2019 until April 15, 2021, the day 2020 taxes are due. If you have already filed 2020, you may add it to your evidence if you like. For example if 2019 was barely at the threshold, but 2020 was $20,000 more in income, then it would be helpful to show being well over the threshold instead of being just $100 over the mark. But if 2019 was a good income then not really necessary.

Well done everyone just getting your interview dates. I love reading people’s updates and partly the reason I restarted the thread after the original was closed.
My wife and I had our case in London December 1st and immigrated December 16th.
I’ve now got my drivers licence and SS card and started my first week working in admin for the Sheriffs office. Life is good!

I got my appointment in the last batch on dec 15th, email came in at 415pm
i know we all sound crazy but yes we clutch to anything because we are so desperate to see our partners I’m sure.
praying for you guys, I remember the feeling when the interview email came through: keep checking

A few people said between 4-5pm ! I thought they only came through in the early morning but knowing they can come throughout the day has me checking wayyyy too often! Hope they come through soon ❤️

I think they received them at the end of the day around 400p or so (you can see a few pages pack in this thread) but the couple of months before that had seemed to come first thing in the morning so who even knows anymore! Hang in there! I just keep telling myself it will be soon but yeah...waiting stinks!
