  1. I’m praying it doesn’t create a higher backlog with NVC but it almost seems inevitable at this point, no? A friend of mine that was recently received her NOA2 in February received her case number in late March so she didn’t wait long, it’s the embassy in Senegal that has her at a standstill right now 😬. If this process teaches us nothing else, it surely teaches us how to hurry up and wait.
  2. I didn’t realize there was an ave/day on the side on the spreadsheet so this is helpful to know. I’m always cautiously hopeful because this process is such a mystery most of the time. This week’s numbers were fantastic, though.
  3. Understood. Looks like I need to reroute my focus to weekly vs daily. Thanks!
  4. Overthinking for simply asking a question? Ok. If this is the case, every last one of us are overthinking when we ask a question. I simply asked for opinions on something I noticed. Respectfully, this process is stressful and if I have a community of people I can ask questions to without judgment then that’s what I’ll do.
  5. So do you all think that the new average of cases processed daily will stick around the 190’s range? Tuesday was AMAZING and I know it’s a rare event but just curious on that. I noticed that this week, besides Tuesday, the number of cases processed never quite reached 200.
  6. Yes it is! It makes me excited as well especially to know that starting out it didn’t look too hopeful. I literally pray everyday for USCIS to continue to increase their speed and so far so good!
  7. I want to mention that I am a November 2022 filer and my timeline keeps inching closer and closer to an NOA2 in 2023. Right now it’s between 1/6/24-1/12/24. Very hopeful 🙏🏾
  8. Omg I couldn’t even imagine how you feel haha! I checked the spreadsheet again and they say the system issue is being fixed and tomorrow we will see the activity from the last two days!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾
  9. That makes a lot of sense and definitely makes me feel a lot better.
  10. I’m hoping so. It’s always nerve wrecking to see things like this after everything going **seemingly** smoothly.
  11. Yesterday’s numbers are TERRIBLE. I really hope it’s a system issue 😭😭
  12. It’s not considered a federal holiday in the US so I am wondering if they will still be open 🧐
  13. I saw in a group on Facebook that they processed two March cases already. I know , I know, it’s not much. But very interesting to see that so early.
  14. As is would still be great. As long as it doesn’t slow down, I’ll be happy. But yes, only time can tell.
  15. Are we all still confident/hopeful the numbers will continue to improve? I feel like March has done well. How can we see what the backlog is looking like at the moment?
  16. That is sooo crazy!! haha!! If these storms are causing great numbers like they did today then keep ‘em coming!!
  17. According to the chart, there was a storm there yesterday which looks like it affected the numbers. Praying everyone there is safe.
  18. From what I’m seeing (correct me if I’m wrong) only 13 February cases were processed yesterday. I didn’t count the number of RFE’s.
