You should go ahead and change your address via an AR-11.  You can do it online.  Sponsors/petitioners must also report change of address via an I-865 by mail only.  I have not seen a single case of a person having issues due to failure to report change in address....But I would do it immediately.
 
 

Regarding your Combo Card.. if your EAD says in the front “serves as I-512 advance parole”.. yes, you can travel . You won’t get a AP card. Next step is the GC

If you selected the box in the I-765 for the SSN, you should get around 10 business days. If you don’t get it, call your nearby SS office and ask if they have your info. If not, you will have to do an appointment and do the process manually. 
 
For your reference, my brother got his EAD (through TPS) and 3 days later his SS

We all well deserve some good news. Been waiting since September last year. I know patience is needed bu life kind of stops without these things i.e. EAD, Travel Permit. They should speed EAD and Travel bits if GC must need time to process.

I don't have every date of every step on my case but basically my timeline is: 
9/13 - package sent by mail (applied after K1) 
9/16 - "Case received"
10/18 - Biometrics appointment date

You can call either number it doesn't make a difference. They both will get you an answer.

Congratulations.  At this stage you will have many questions.  I believe the first, what's next. Two things I recommend.  First. Is to read from the beginning of this thread up to today.  Second get a copy of the PDF from the first post. It has nearly everything you need to get you from here to your interview.
