I and my son got approval today, Everything same(new orleans office, in process dates) except we mailed it on 07/16.

MY passport application moved to "In Process" status just today. I applied on July 16 in Philly - regular processing.

When i applied for passport for my son  through my naturalization I had to give the original greencard of his as part of application. I dont know whether they will return it back along with passport. I dont think so. 

Maybe you havent lost it - you just gave it way as part of his passport application.

Filed July 16th for me and son - under regular processing (which i am regretting now). Check not cashed and no status as of now in Password tracker.

Thank you for your replies.  Yes i do have an unrestricted SSN and a DL.

I applied for passport (regular processing) and suddenly realized i don't have any documents to show my eligibility for work until i get passport or passport card or naturalization certification back - which can be 18 weeks away. I am also looking for new jobs. what if i get an offer within next 18 weeks? any thoughts ?

Oath ceremony done. Applied for passport  as well.

it said approved i think or passed. not sure what the exact words are. but oath ceremony is scheduled for july 16.

He made me sign the oath the end of interview - which confused me and led to believe that ceremony is done. But then said it will be within 4 weeks. Do they make you sign an oath at the end of interview usually ?

Also I read many times online that philly does not do same day oath but good luck nevertheless.

my estimated completion date gone from may to jun 2021. Oct 01 filing date, dec 11 bio reuse date, philly.

Applied on oct 01, got bio reuse on dec 11.

Filed 10/1, received biometric reuse on 12/11. Philadelphia.

FIled oct 01 in philly. Shows 7 month waiting. No bio letter or communication yet.
