Hey! I’m August 6th DQ. It’s been the hardest year of my partner’s and my life. I’m just really grateful to have found a few people who can relate to what we’re going through. I really hope that you do hear something tomorrow, and maybe we will just barely make the cut as well. Hey guys. July 23rd DQ here. Really really hoping I hear something tomorrow, and will keep y'all posted the minute I do hear something. Just wanted to say a quick good luck and pass on my well wishes. This has been a brutal year for all of us but we will get there. Be safe everyone. ❤️

I honestly assumed that they would have cancelled November people by now considering the lockdown news has been public a few days now. The fact they have not, and the fact the statement says ‘reduced’ rather than suspended, and the fact the doctors office think we’re game on, makes me so happy! We might just get there before 2021 at this rate! Hoping for good news over the next few days  🙏

My interview is on the 16th of Nov and my medical is the 8th.
I just spoke with the medical clinic and they told me they have had word from the Embassy that they are staying open and continuing with interview as 'normal'!
 
There was a meeting yesterday (Monday Nov 2nd) and they decided to stay open. 
Obviously this could change but I thought you guys would like to know. 
I was extremely happy to find this out. 
 

You can fly out. No change. Travel restrictions are for UK citizens going on holiday and returning. 

Thanks for everyone posting the updates! It has been a stressful few days for a lot of us, so we are all grateful for your help.
 
And good luck to everyone waiting for dates, I bet you will all hear tomorrow or Thursday! 

Just to add- my visa status has changed to issued less than 24 hours after my interview!!! They are moving faaasssst  Good luck everyone!!! Sending positive vibes for new dates your way!!

I called visa medical this morning and they run with no changes. even the lockdown doesn't affect them. 

Me too, was just about to tell you the same thing. 
 
Now hopefully my train gets me there

I had my interview this morning! I overheard another guy asking them and they said they expect no changes in the next few weeks... my interview was approximately 3 minutes long and I was so happy at how seamless everything was!!! They do a great job at getting you in and out.

I expected a lot of us heard today. Looks like we got into the November batch, too, despite our DQ going ahead on July 1st, for a Nov 17th interview day. Which is excellent because I have been going a bit crazy with the not knowing, checking on here and the CEAC website several times each day 😃
 
Does this mean they are finally clearing some of that backlog? Hope everyone else in the May / June batch got their interview notification today!
