Hey guys,
Great news today, yesterday 10/27/2022 my I-130 got approved and today 10/28/2022 my I-485 got approved!
No interview, just like that. I used my Advance Parole last month to travel internationally, no problem at all!

Hello All,
I just got an update today. They sent me an RFE and asked for my I-693.
13 months after filling finally some movement!!

10/30/2021: Biometrics scheduled (NYC)
01/03/2021: EAD card is being produced

Yea same like the sponsor must be american blabla please send birth certificate or US passport etc. I think they just lost it all this was obviously sent lol

Hi, you can translate yourself. You just have to add a sworn statement that you have the ability to translate like below.

Hi,
Personally I would send everything ASAP for the peace of mind. It's rare that USPS or USCIS loose your mail but it could happen and at least you will have time to resend it in case. Just follow your guts, it might also be worth a try to avoid the I-751.
