Yeah well something like that, and want to split stuff up or basically make it a harder decision instead of just ending things and leaving. (Which my ex wife wanted to do, but my judge was a nice guy and he put her in her place)

I payed $139 to do it online. They ask you a bunch of questions pertaining to your marriage, and then they file your paperwork. But it depends on the situation of your marriage if its a very complicated like a contested marriage then it gets a bit tougher. But they'll help you through it, and they have great customer service.  I didn't have one complaint to say about them. It went smoothly and they file it to the court and I just goto the hearing (about two) then it was all over. And my wife didn't get to steal my car like she wanted (which I bought before the marriage). But I was just like you, I didn't wanna pay no lawyer etc and I didn't know how to file the paperwork or fill it out. So thats why I used online divorce. They literally do it all for you and all you do is just relax and wait for it to process.

I used online divorce. They filled everything out for you.

there's two ways i personally know of, you'll have to do this in writing which is always best, or call but like two possible ways i know of is.

1. if the I360 has not yet been filed,  its 'best practice' to always include the beneficiary/applicant's A-number (if known) that is, so usic can link your new petition with your i485 ( you'd include this in your paperwork before filing it) 
2. if you for say already filed a vawa, and its been approved a best practice is to submit an I-485 transfer request in an SRMT which means service request management tool. which is a phone call like i said above or online

Don't worry. Let him cancel what he wants. You can still file your vawa  as long as its not over 2 years. Then just have them transfer your i485 over to your vawa. But you'll have to have them not make a decision yet in your current i485. Or can start a ole new one if all else failed.( what I had to do)

Few days to a few weeks 

You know, one quesiton that have been asked once ago and someone needed a response. The question is,

What if you have moved on after your marriage (now divorced) and fell in love again with someone new and have a baby with that new person. When the question of do you have any kids is brought up in the AOS interview. Will this affect them? Because the interviewer now has new information that wasn't included in the I-360?

There should be something you can have in writing for like rent payments to your mom that you can get, umm lets see none of those stuff you are worried about should affect him. Also if he had done illegal work, make sure to mention on the document, by checking yes or no if he had work illegally (won't be a problem) people have to survive somehow. Age difference may look bad to them but heck you can topple that, positive thinking! I'd say have people also write letters or affidavits stating or talking about your relationship and if they believe you guys are bonafide etc. pictures honestly they really dont care about them that much, they wanna see more paper proof. Which so far you got quite a bit, like taxes, bank accounts, phone bills, etc. if you can somehow prove that you both live together that will be a huge one ( probably like make your mom write something) take lots more pics of you doing things together (even tho i said pics really aren't too important) could be like  hiking, camping etc just showing you doing alot together. A baby would be another good plus. haha if you up for it. So basically what they mostly wanna see is:

• Joint bank accounts
• Joint credit card
• Joint tax returns
• deeds, rent mortgage titles
• health insurance (thats a good one)
• life insurance
• proof that you live together (drivers license with same address on it could help that, or bank statements) 
• They wanna see serious evidence of intimacy (like saying you goto a romantic getaway or something, gifts from either of you etc) 

Thats pretty much all i could think of.    oh dont worry about the address, they dont really care of the exact day (they'll know)

2nd, when you are done fixing this issue definitely contact congressman and/or ombudsman again to inquire about I360 processing time. It's way outside of normal, they should be able to help you accelerate. 

If you're not familiar on how to contact congressman/ombudsman just google it, there's a ton of info. Congressman you contact by phone, ombudsman via online application and/or mailed paper form.

If you're worried about using your original name for work purposes you'll be fine to do so. There's always a spot on applications if you have a name change. And since its your original name, most likely your GC later on will be that name as well ( don't quote me on that) but from what I see ead names and green card names always match up.

I've pretty much been apart of this website for quite awhile just been silent reading and finally made an account, been in the usa since 2016... Life has been a hard long path for sure, got married, wife went crazy got denied I-485, Then ended up filling for VAWA. So yea its been a crazy long ride. But the great news so far is that ive got my VAWA approve since recently.  Now just waiting on my I485 to process at the moment. Perhaps you guys also wanna know my timeline...

♦ RFE sent for I-360 (payment from credit card fail to process) January 2nd 

♦ RFE response sent January 5th

♦ Biometrics notice Feb 8th 2019

♦Biometrics done Feb 25th 2019

♦EAD and AP approved may 24th, 2019

♦ New card being produced may 25th 2019

♦Card mailed to me may 28th 2019
