Does it matter if the siblings are married or unmarried?

We decided to file the Mandamus on February 2022 after six month waiting and calling and  getting not responses from the consulate.    We filled the suit  on February 2, 2022 and in less than 3 weeks we got not only a request for more documents to be submitted by the consulate but we also got our visa page on the mail via DHL.  Thanks to my lawyer that specialize on MANDAMUS ( Law firm of Joshua Goldstein base in Boston)

We are APPROVED finally!  So excited 😆 and my husband’s green card fee’s has been paid…My sweet husband will be in America in June 2022.  This process has been a long 4 years and 5 months.  Traveling back and forth was not enough for us.. We are so happy our LIFE TOGETHER will began in a few months. ❤️❤️
