  1. I checked the IRS website and saw my transcript is now available so I uploaded under our uscis account. Maybe it'll even nudge them to look at our case again.
  2. Definitely not guaranteed. I was just observing trends of people who filed in December and January. Hope they keep up the momentum.
  3. My husband's EAD came within one month of filing AOS. GC is taking forever, but they seem to be pushing out EAD fairly quickly. Shouldn't be an issue for you.
  4. Nope. I was just trying to check case status since the first agent I spoke to weeks ago said our case was ready for adjucation and would have a decision soon. The agent was the one who brought up expedite and that it can only be considered after biometric. Confused me since I biometric isn't taken for AP like powerpuff mentioned.
  5. Thank you. I did a live chat with an agent and she said I couldn't expedite until biometrics were done, so that confused me even more.
  6. Hi all, For those who've had their EAD approved, but not AP, what's the status showing? When my husband took his biometric, the form only listed I-485 (GC) and I-765 (EAD), but not I-131 (AP). Was this a mistake on their part and did anyone's AP status update after biometric? Thanks in advance!
  7. Case changes to that immediately, then around 7PM EST it changed to approved. Check back towards the end of the day
  8. Update once again: EAD card received! Mailed (Chicago Lockbox): January 10 Delivered: January 13 NOA texts: January 17 acknowledging petition was received January 13 Biometric: Feb. 6 AOS and EAD updated to case being actively reviewed immediately after appointment EAD approval: Feb. 6 EAD card being produced: Feb. 6 EAD card produced: Feb. 9 EAD card pick up by USPS: Feb. 10 EAD card in hand: Feb. 13
  9. That's what I saw on google, but I'm not familiar with those filings.
  10. Did you include the text notification form in your application?
  11. Once you get the online access code, you can upload any missing documents and get ahead of the RFE.
  12. Update: Biometric appointment was this morning. Case changed to being actively reviewed immediately then changed to EAD card being processed (approved) this evening!
  13. Looks like the date on medical is July 2021, that's why they're asking for a new medical.
  14. Thanks for clarifying. We have our biometric on Monday. Hopefully our EAD will be approved immediately if nothing is missing.
  15. Did you do your biometric yet? I didn't send my W2s or paystubs with initial filing, but uploaded it immediately we received our online access code. I was wondering how soon they sound out RFIE or if I'm in the clear.
  16. Hey hey! Where you mail your petition depends on your state, but yes, all in one package. https://www.uscis.gov/i-485 Are you a January 2023 filer?
  17. You have to make copies of each form, so pretty much 3 of everything. Also better to stack the form with the supporting documents.
  18. Yes! We just got our biometric appointment notification yesterday.
  19. Yes. It's something they're not clear about. But medical is only good for 6 months. My fiance did his medical Sept. 29 and interview Nov. 10, but his visa expires March 29.
  20. You have 6 months from your medical appointment, NOT visa issuance. You can apply for advance parole, but there's no guarantee it'll be approved.
